Had a great experience with the workers from this company. Performed window treatments for 2 Bedrooms (one a Master bedroom with 5 windows) and installed 2 ceiling fans in 1.5 hours at reasonable cost. I am very pleased with the results. The Workman were courteous and tidy. I will call for more work again.

I am renting and the owner of my unit likes to schedule this company as a vendor. I am not sure if they are cheaper than other vendors but they are not good at much other than scheduling quickly. I like that they use text message to schedule appointments. I am a single working mom and it is hard for me to take off work to schedule repairs. The last 3 times they were sent out they were late and I missed work. Today they gave me a window of 11-12 and about 11:50pm they told me that it was going to be closer to 1pm. I had already left work and I was waiting. It takes me 15 minutes to get to my place and I was doing my best to be there to meet the technician. I don't appreciate waiting around and not knowing if they are going to make it or not. Also, they have a very small scheduling window M-F 8am - 2pm. I am not sure how they keep in business with these hours unless it's for people that don't work or work nights. I guess this is a 24 hour town, but their schedule definitely does not work with mine. I hope my management company Robinson Realty stops using them. As a homeowner I have used a lot better vendors in Vegas.

We had a less than satisfactory experience with this company. We're 99% certain they clogged our master bathroom shower drain after doing some grout work in the shower (the drain had been draining for weeks before they came). Initially, they wanted to charge us $65 to come back out and unclog the drain. After reconsidering, they sent one of their employees out and he finally unclogged the drain after two different attempts during two different days. While this employee was very pleasant and did a great job, his supervisor inferred in a couple of communications that he had done us a favor to unclog the drain.

At the same time we also had hired this company to clean the tile grout on our kitchen tile floor and the entry way tile floor into our home. A job that a carpet cleaning company had given us an estimate that it would take a couple of hours. Many hours latter and after coming and going three different times on three different days the company finally completed the kitchen tile grout cleaning, but never started the entryway . Additionally, they had to reseal our kitchen tile since they not only cleaned the grout, but removed the shiny sealed finish from the tile. At one point the the supervisor offered not to charge us for the work after the kitchen tile had been acid washed and the shiny sealing removed if we would just call it good. I was shocked that he wanted to quit in the middle of the job. Thankfully, the company fixed the damage that was done and removed all charges relating to the tile grout cleaning from their invoice. This time the supervisor also inferred he had done us a favor by giving us a complementary tile grout cleaning.

After these experiences I was sure happy we had not accepted the company's bid to paint the interior of our home. Instead, we went with another group who did a fantastic job.
