I originally hired Bob, of HomePros - or BobPro for purposes of my cellphone contacts list - to fix the dreaded collection of naggy household odds and ends that I figured would fill up his minimum fee time-frame. Not only did he complete each item with confidence and expertise, there were no grumblings, complaints about ""whoever did this...,"" or other attitude problems. In fact, he was polite, eager, informative, instructive-if-asked, and assured me that he truly enjoys using his skills to solve problems for people. And because he worked so quickly, I got more items knocked off the list that day than were even on it. Soon afterward, and then over the years, Bob has continued to do the more mundane tasks around here, but also replaced carpet with porcelain ""wood plank"" tile, did a similar project in a secondary bedroom with vinyl planks, and then stepped in as a major team player during a kitchen facelift where he was electrician & plumber, as well as encourager. All the while he exudes optimism and works with a unique dedication to doing things right. These days I pretty much call on him first and for anything, and he is always responsive, reasonable, and lo and behold, honest. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had a leak over the weekend and couldn't get a plumber fast enough. Bob was there immediately to help with damage control. He contained the leak and started on repairs immediately. Can't recommend him enough!!!

Simply put, Bob is awesome. He's been helping us for years across our home, our rental and our office. And he's just as particular and anal retentive as I am.

He's a pleasure to work with. Even if I'm working on my own project, I'll text him with questions for help.

He's thorough... When there's a problem to solve, he does research. He finds parts. He calls you back when the parts are in.

He's trustworthy... I'll put it this way, Bob has our lockbox code and is our go-to guy when we need something addressed, whether we're home or not.

So.. yep. Five stars no question.

I had had a water leak for several days. The plumber said they wouldn't touch it because it was behind sheer wall. I called Bob next day in the morning and he was able to stop by later that same day. He was able to determine where the water was leaking from (unlike the plumber) and although he could do the repair, he recommended a company which specializes in that type of repair. I called the company he recommended and they did the repair the next door at a very reasonable price.
Bob is a great guy, who seems to love what he does We will definitely be using him in the future for some dry wall repairs and any other handyman things we need doing around the house.

I read reviews here and gave Home Pros a try. I called and Bob pickup the phone and agreed to come out on Monday to replace our faucet in the bathroom. He saw other issues that previous installer did not do the job properly and fixed it. He also fixed the towel hanger that I tried to fix three times. That was not a part of the original scope of work. Great workmanship and professionalism. You get what you paid for. I will call him our our other projects.

I would definitely recommend Bob to all my family and friends. We had him come by to install some curtains and mirrors. Everything from setting up the appointment to the job itself, it was all perfect. He is professional, arrived in a timely manner and goes above and beyond. And his friendly attitude is definitely a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be calling him again soon for various projects throughout the house.

Looking for a polite, professional, courteous and SKILLED handyman? Look no further! Bob is the real deal! I highly recommend Home Pros. We needed some hooks and decorative items removed from some walls. Right from the phone consultation I knew Bob was the right handyman for the job. He's polite, honest, and explained how long he estimated it would take and what he would be accomplishing. Once here, he was so pleasant and nice! He quickly fixed everything we asked about, and was quick to clean up any dust or debris left from the repairs. We feel like we not only met a superb handyman, we also gained a friend!
