We needed to have a kitchen faucet and 2 angle stops installed. We hired Home Pro Plumbing to do the job. Aside from the prompt response to my request for service, Home Plumbing Pro provided an upfront estimate of the cost, and unlike several other vendors, did not try to upsell me on extraneous services. Our plumber, James, showed up on time and was very professional. He knew what he was doing and was very respectful and neat. The whole job took about 2 hours to complete and we were quite satisfied with the work. I would not hesitate to use Home Pro Plumbing for work in the future.

A few days ago I noticed that our shower head was leaking. After disassembling the shower head, I found the issue was likely the cartridge in the handle. So I then turned to YouTube to become and expert in home plumbing repair!

After disassembling the shower handle, I confirmed where the leak was and I attempted my own DIY repair followed by the realization that I really didn't know what I was doing. The cartridge was stuck and I could not get it out. Then when I tried to put everything back together the shower wouldn't even work. Should have seen this all coming.

It finally came time to call a professional.

I started a ""Project"" here in Yelp and HomePro Plumbers was one of several vendors that my request was sent to. I also asked for referrals on our community facebook page...HomePro Plumbers was the first recommendation there.

After getting several quotes from multiple vendors, I felt HomePro Plumbers was the most up front and transparent. I described my issue and was given a quote immediately. The other vendors I spoke with wanted to come out and inspect first (many of them charging a trip fee) or the only quoted me the cost of labor and said plus parts.

At HomePro, I worked with Jason. He took my call early in the morning and gave me an up front quote. His price was reasonable compared to all the others vendors and the price he gave me included parts and labor. Jason was able to do the work on the same day and at the exact time that I was available.

My appointment was at 4PM and Jason arrived about 10 minutes early. He was very professional and got right to work. About 20 minutes and everything was done! Wonderful experience.

While Jason was there, I asked for a few more quotes for some future projects and he again had an exact cost for everything that I asked. No push to do more than was needed and no hidden cost.

I know have Jason's number saved and he is added to our ""go to"" list for plumbing needs. I would highly recommend HomePro Plumbers. They are a local business in the Mira Mesa area.

Justin listened to our issue, gathered our information and gave us options on how we can resolve the issue and then put us in contact with their Plumber James to schedule an appointment.

On Sunday afternoon, all of our bathtubs and toilets had a backflow issue.
I requested a quote from yelp and got a very first response from James.
I was hesistant first but after reading other reviews, I decided to give it try.
James received a call. After listening to my problem, he gave me the cost up front in detail. He patiently answered all our questions and told me he would arrive in an hour. He arrived on time and he immediately diagnosed the issue. (It was the tree root that got into our main pipe!) James cleared out all those roots thoroughly. He made sure everything is working.
