I was in an extreme bind on a Saturday. I broke my valve to my washing machine. Water gushed from the wall and I had to turn off the water at the main line leaving me with no running water in my home. This was no simple job and other plumbers I talked to did not want this job....telling me ""this will be hundreds of dollars"" as if I didn't know that and obviously in an emergency you pay the price. Home Pro was the best! This job required cutting into the wall and changing piping and valves. Price was very fair. Work was excellent.

Came out right away, unfortunately it was over the weekend and in the evening so nothing could be done in the moment. Tech showed up bright & early next morning prepared to get the job done and that he did. I will use their service again as the response was quick and price fair. I have even requested an estimate for a whole house re-pipe which is very much needed.

We have an issue with a landscape drain and James not only provided a quote on the phone, but was very flexible with the scheduling. He showed up early and had full equipment. Found the problem immediately and hydrojetted the drain. He also helped us clean up the yard and hydrojetted again. I probably wouldn't go anywhere else for the plumbing work anymore. Seriously the best.

I called and spoke to James during our cell phone conversation yesterday on Friday, August 17, 2023 at 5 p.m. James was very honest in speaking with me when I asked him to give me a FREE ESTIMATE over the phone because it will be more cost effective for me and it will save me a lot of my time.

James has a soft spoken voice and he was very personable and is a very experienced plumber. James told me he is the owner and he works alone he doesn't have anyone working for him. James is married with children so he is a family man and a very nice person. That is my observation of James when I talked to him yesterday afternoon.

James also answered my cell phone call right away after the second ring even though James told me he is in San Diego, CA yesterday working on another plumbing repair job in his customer's house. James company is very busy and he has regular customers.

Also James said he wants to save me a lot of money and I was really surprised by his statement, he told me yesterday afternoon, because
usually when I have hired some plumbing companies in the past. These companies have been really greedy and they overcharge me for my plumbing repairs that needs to be done on my mom's house.

It was a breath of fresh air for me to talk to James the owner of Home Pro Plumbing yesterday because of his Honesty with me. James quotes me the price of $189.00 for his labor in completing the Kitchen Faucet Replacement Service. James advised me to call the Moen Kitchen Faucet Company where this faucet was manufactured and ask if this Moen Company that has a lifetime warranty on all of their parts to explain to Moen this issue with my Moen Faucet leaking now. James told me that Moen will give me the new part for FREE and this Moen Company will ship out this part to me all I have to do is pay for the shipping fee which is a minimum charge and very little like $6.00. I was very happy that James cared enough about me to save me money.

James told me that if I make the decision to ask him to buy a New Kitchen Faucet from Lowe's Home Improvement Store or at Home Depot in Oceanside, CA then it will cost me more money for the part and for his labor.
James quoted me the price of his labor including this Kitchen Faucet the total cost will be $333.00.

I told James that I will let him know what my final decision will be and I am still waiting for another plumbing company will be coming over to my mom's house tomorrow on Saturday, August 19, 2023 between 8 a. m. from 12 p. m. it is a (4 hour window) for all plumbing companies. This plumbing company is from El Cajon, CA. I was very satified with the excellent customer service I received from James the owner during our cell phone conversation yesterday afternoon. I told James I will write a review on Yelp today for this excellent customer service he gave me and also for his honesty on him quoting out these two different prices to me. I appreciate him very much.

James was great! He gave me a quote over the phone and when he got here the quote didn't change. He was very respectful of my things and answered all my questions. My water heater went out and I think it was time to update it with a tankless. During the process he was very clean. I am definitely going to use him again on my water softener system and new toilets.

James was knowledgeable and professional. We used his service twice. He helped us take down an old water filtration tank and installed a new, more compact water filters. He also installed a new sink garbage disposal. He might not be the cheapest but was very reliable and willing to give us some discounts.

James responded to inquiry promptly on Saturday. Would have charged $190 for overtime but advised me against that for small job of flappers and shutoff valve. Came Monday when some of the other inquiries to plumbers were still asking me for a time for them to estimate (not do) simple job later on. Quoted acceptable price, did every step well. Checked back physically on Tuesday and said no more work needed rather than essentially replacing most of toilet for which I had steeled myself to expect. Everything is fine several days later and he saved me a lot of money--the mark of an honest artisan/craftsman. Easy to work with.
