Our dishwasher was leaking from within our island and I was so nervous we had a disaster on our hands! James was able to come out the morning after I contacted the company and immediately discovered an old hose that had been worn by time and use and become kinked causing the backup. He replaced the hoses quickly and all is good! James was professional, timely and knowledgeable. Rates are reasonable and we will be choosing this company from now on for our plumbing needs!

My tenant called me on a Saturday morning to tell me sewage was backing up into her home. I spent time calling and leaving messages for lots of plumbers that said they had emergency services. I was having trouble getting anyone who would come out. But HomePro answered right away. He was willing to come out and do the job right away. He even made sure I understood it was extra because of the weekend and almost tried to talk me out of it because I explained that I knew there was root damage. He let me know that clearing the clog is just a temporary fix and asked if I was sure I wanted to pay him the extra weekend fee to come out for a temporary fix.

I let him know I didn't have much choice as a tenant having sewage back up into her home is not okay. So he was willing to come ASAP.

I ended up having him not come as moments after I hung up with HomePro my local plumber who I usually use let me know he was available. But after calling plumber after plumber it was nice to have someone answer right away, be willing to come fix the emergency right away and was upfront about pricing. So though I did t have him come do the work, I would recommend giving him a try.

Update: just bought this house. home warranty will not cover the job that HomePro Plumbing did. Our loss. Super frustrating. It was on Saturday and I attempted to call while Homepro was working on our job, but was told to ""call during regular business hours"" what a joke.

AWESOME WORK YOU GUYS!! My house is a bit older and we had pipes that needed replacing. We had issues with things settling in the pipe, causing pressure to lower and things not to function correctly. Had these guys come out to get an estimate and their professional opinion on what our options were. They quoted us on fixing the pipes vs replacing them and we ended up just replacing it. FINALLY done and now everything is working great. The water pressure works great and just overall happy the project is completed.
