Can't say enough good things about Dan.

He was very responsive and called me back the same day. He was easy to book with giving me a three hour window and arriving right in the middle. Not only was he on time but he worked quickly and was very thorough. When I called him I couldn't even tell him what model we had or even what was wrong with it.? I just knew it hadn't been serviced in a long time and it wasn't working 100% correctly.
He came right in took it apart cleaned it and figured out the problem. Luckily he had the part with him and it was fixed right away.
Since we had just purchased the house last year and didn't really know how Fireplace remote worked he even gave me a quick tutorial on the remote control. I really appreciated the extra time he gave to go over things with me. I highly recommend him for any service you need to your fireplace.

Dan was professional, organized and efficient. I called and discussed what I needed to convert my wood burning gas fireplace to gas logs.
