About two weeks ago, I have asked Dan to come to help fixing my shower head. He was on time, polite, & knew his job. All my shower head needed was to replace a small part of it, & Dan's truck had it right there(no need to go out & buy one from a shop). He was prepared for his job & was professional. Thank you Dan. I originally called on Dan to install the gas components for our backyard fire pit. I appreciated that his number one priority was on safety and asked a lot of questions about the way in which my fire pit was being installed by my contractor to ensure that it was being done properly. Once he came out for the install, I was incredibly happy with the quality of materials and the finished product. I've since called on him to replace 2 toilets. During the install, we realized that he couldn't replace one of the toilets as it had a built-in marble shelf right above it that connected to a vanity. I thought I was stuck having to totally remove the shelf and vanity, but Dan suggested that he could carve out part of the shelf just enough so that he had some wiggle room for the install. I was a bit nervous but gave him the green light and he returned the next week with the proper tools to make it happen. I couldn't be happier with the result and appreciate the ingenuity! And while I have a small carve-out in my shelf, it actually looks like it was meant to be there! Thanks Dan for going above and beyond!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dan called me a few hours after I spoke to his office to set up a service call. He gave me a fair time window and ended up coming by 1 1/2 hours earlier. He called and kept me in the loop about time of arrival. Excellent diagnosis and repair of the problems, extremely reasonably priced, friendly, professional and knowledgable. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to work with Dan again. For plumbing issues, it doesn't get any better!

We needed a gas fireplace repairman. Dan Schilling came highly recommended by a local gas fireplace retailer. We called and he responded quickly. He was on time and diagnosed the problem. What I appreciate most was the time he spent explaining the issue, our options and that he had all the parts with him to fix it. His pricing was definitely fair and we now have a fully functioning gas fireplace at our house. Dan came over at the spur of the moment when our guest toilet wouldn't work and my in laws here. Fixed it without any problems! Well worth it--called him at 6:17pm and he came at 7:15, gone at 7:45pm.

Dan did a superb job installing a gas line as well as the gas logs to my fire place. Dan was prompt in returning my initial call and showed up on time to give me a bid. His price was reasonable compared to other bids and the reviews on Yelp helped me decided to hire Dan instead of the other two contractors. Dan was flexible in changing our installation date when the gas logs was delayed in shipping. It was easy to communicate with him with his answering services since he always call back the same day within a few hours. Despite some problems he encountered in putting the gas line into the back of the fire place, Dan finished the job with excellent workmanship and without creating a mess. I will call Dan for all my future plumbing needs. I also highly recommend Dan to anyone who is looking for someone who is reliable and reasonable.
