went here for some basic items. had very good customer service. bought more and had a slight problem with a water heater. the sales rep came to the job site to personally see that everything went perfectly. IF THAT'S NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE i don't know what is...

they are an independent supplier so they are limited, but make up for the extra customer service... yes i buy from them.

Went to this place for information on a Water heater and the person behind the counter, Jose, I think was his name. Was so unprofessional and just being a snotty person. Anyway, I explained what I needed and got attitude. Needless to say, did not get the information I needed and left. Will never recommend this place for anything. If I were you, better off going to Smarden Supply or Home Depot.
