Huge red flag - customer BEWARE!! This company (HMI Inc.) has dubious business practices, complete lack of customer service, and is currently in BREACH OF WARRANTY (as the PARENT COMPANY of NuFlow OC.) by refusing to repair the repeated pipe leaks at our home that are due to their flawed technology and installation of the Epoxy NuFlow technology.

After one year and ten letters sent to this company by certified mail, we are still waiting to hear from Mark Knight and Cameron Knight, the owners, regarding the remediation for the SECOND SLAB LEAK / PINHOLE LEAK in our home, and their refusal to honor the active, valid WARRANTY we have in place with them.

In 2014 we bought a home in San Clemente and the builder hired this company (led by the Knight Brothers, Mark and Cameron) to do the epoxy lining in our plumbing system.

Only a couple years later, in 2016, we had the first slab leak /pinhole leak due to the failing technology and application of epoxy; a few years later (in 2019), we had the second pipe leak.
Although the WARRANTY issued by NuFlow OC (HMI Inc. is its parent company - see picture) is ACTIVE UNTIL 2024, the company refuses to honor the warranty and provide any remediation for the WATER DAMAGE AT OUR HOME FROM THE SLAB LEAK, and they are currently in BREACH OF WARRANTY.

What makes this company a huge concern and a big RED FLAG for any potential customers, is not only that they have been in BREACH OF WARRANTY by refusing to provide remediation for the WATER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM REPEATED PINHOLE LEAKS IN THE STEM WALL at our home, but also their misleading practices and intimidation techniques (when we contacted their BOND COMPANY to file a complaint against HMI Inc., they initiated INSULTS and PERSONAL ATTACKS against us in a pitiful attempt to MISLEAD, DISCREDIT US, and INTIMIDATE US).

Attached are the following:
- 1. the company's details on the CA Secretary of State page
- 2. the first page of the Warranty we have in place with them (effective until 2024) which they REFUSE TO HONOR
- 3. the Electronic signature and business card of Cameron Knight - which serves as written PROOF that NuFlow OC is ""A Division of HMI, Inc"". (HMI Inc. IS THE PARENT COMPANY OF NUFLOW OC), and although NuFlow OC has now gone under, for obvious reasons, HMI Inc. continues to be responsible for honoring the warranty! Additionally the card proves that the business address is the same between HMI Inc. and NuFlow OC.

Customer beware of this business; protect your home and assets by not entering in any kind of business relationship with the Knight Brothers!
