I can't even tell you how much this company saved my plumbing issues. I have an older house so my house was just waiting for a plumbing issue. Well, it's been going on & off for the past few years. MANY plumbers have given me quick fixes with high prices with no real solved issue in sight until now. I've had a handful of plumbers come to my house for the same issue throughout the years and only TWO out of the handful looked under my crawl space. Apparently, that's where all the issues were at. With a few quotes and conversations, Omar & Daniel from Home Drain were AMAZING. Very fair pricing, detailed, but more importantly, empathetic, kind people. Communication was great and I seriously can't explain how much they eased my stress. I've been trying to find a plumber company I can trust & I did! No regrets with them. PLEASE have them on your list when you're looking for a plumber. I'm definitely a happy customer!

Not too long after I posted in yelp what I needed help with, I got a notification from Omar that he is available and will be here within 30 minutes. I called him right away and he came over and assessed the problem with Jonathan. They found the leak and helped us get patched up with their sister company American Response Team so they can investigate further and get this leak fixed thoroughly because it leaked thru the dry walls that would probably need replacing. Thank you for your help and putting our minds at ease.

My warranty company sent a plumber who decided not to cover my garbage disposal since a screw was missing. Long story short, I contacted Home Leak and 5 other companies. Put a request in on Yelp because the company I used before ghosted me. Home Leak and Drain replied, along with several others, but the reason they stood out was that they gave me a quick estimate for what I wanted right away (obviously not holding them to it) but I had one other company (to remain nameless here) came out in the morning and quoted me 9x as much for a simple camera scope and drain snake.

Well, after about 15 mins. No clog and seriously affordable rate for the ""not needed"" snake of my main line. You can never be too careful especially with a house with a mind of its own.

So, now, Home Leak and Drain Solutions. You are now on my list of EXCELLENT, ABOVE THE BOARD service plumbing technicians I will use when I get paranoid again or if something really happens.

I look for the ""F"" words when I look for a repair company - friendly, fair and fixed. Add fast to the list. Omar got my drain request this morning and within a few minutes I was scheduled for this morning. Jonathan was on time and within minutes the problem was fixed and he also told me some maintenance stuff I should be doing to prevent issues.

We have an older home with updating needed from time to time so I will be calling again for our plumbing needs as they arise. I recommend you do too. They do much more than just drains.

Miguel went ABOVE & BEYOND to help us. We had a water leak that caused severe damage to our downstairs bathroom and thankfully, Miguel was proactive and thoughtful enough to check in some other areas preventing future work. Excellent work overall. Omar responded to our inquiry very promptly after an emergency leak through our ceiling. Miguel quickly responded and did a very thorough work. He found the leak and explained all the steps needed to fix the problem and to prevent it from reoccurring. Worked with us on the cost to fit our budget.
