Scheduled an appointment between 2:00 - 4:00 PM on May 18. On May 17, I received a confirmation text from Carlos and a confirmation email.

They never called or showed up. I recommend using another plumber as these guys may leave you hanging.

We have owned our home for 20 years and admittedly neglected regular cleaning of the drain systems. Home Leak & Drain did a great job of both removing damaged sections and cleaning out other intact sections. Jonathan and Raymond were most helpful. They listened to our wishes/concerns, give experienced advice, and kept us apprised of the project status. Everything fell into place - on time and budget. A few days after completion - we discovered a sprinkler issue. Jonathan came back and resolved this matter as well. Happy to recommend this company. thank you

I had Omar come out a year ago to use a camera and hydrojet the sewer line which helped get rid of the roots that were there. Upon paying him $750 to do this, he said to call him back in a year to do the SAME service which he would do for FREE.

I took him up on his offer and called to set up appointment on April 10 for a 1 year followup. Appointment is now scheduled for April 16 with a 9a-11a window. It's 10am and still no text or status update, so I called the office up. The girl says that they are busy and can't come out until the following week. Not only that, but this company would ONLY come out to do the camera work for FREE and NOT include the hydrojet. I told her that's not what was promised to me a year ago. More like a Bait and Switch to me.
I'm not paying this company another dime to come out. Business practice is deceiving. Watch what you pay for.

Amazing work, high quality. Jonathon came out, opened up my drywall and was able to find out what was causing two different leaks at a residence I was working on. He was very quick and very well mannered. After dealing with other leak detection company's who are overpriced, obnoxious and couldn't offer any solution other than water testing. I'll definitely use Home Leak and Drain Solutions for future references.

Not the best company for communication but I hired them for their plumbing skills which were great. They came on time, did a good job, and when we finally got the bill it was what they said it would be! I would hire them again.

Don't depend on these guys. When they show up, they do a good job. Yesterday I was scheduled for 10 to 2. No one showed up even though I waited until 5. I called the office several times, no one answered, no one called me back. I called the following day and the lady said the reason they did not show was because they were overbooked. That does not make sense to me ? Something rotten in Denmark
