I bought a home that is set on a small hill in which my front yard floods horribly when it rains heavily. Every so often, when we do get enough rain for substantial flooding, my plumbing will back up. I had never seen anything like this before my current home. I called in the heroes, and boy, did they save my day! Immediately, I learned there is truly no need to fear when the Home Heroes are here! Onsite, they provided a quote swiftly, and with precision before any work had been done. That impressed me immensely from the start. Their integrity and problem solving solutions go hand in hand with their successful services. They most respectable, down to earth employees! After around two hours a of wick and efficient service, a brand new sub-pump was installed into my front yard and my issue stood nonexistent. Thus far, it has lasted over ten storms and there are no problems in sight! The value of their time and service is much more than their prices include. There are amazing, I highly recommend their company for any heating, plumbing, or air services your home may need!

I even got a yard sign that now stands tall in my front yard free from flood danger! This now allows me a 25% discount in future service instances.

We just purchased our home and had some plumbing issues fixed before closing through our home inspection list, we found after moving in that there was residual water left around the toilet. I called and they came immediately, and were very fast efficient and courteous. Travis was great at explaining what was going on and very thorough. Vince and Ashley were awesome to get it coordinated and get someone out here so quickly. Will always use them from now on!!

Phenomenal experience! Not only did they end up coming out a day earlier than expected, they went above and beyond. Small businesses and family owned is what builds a great economy and community. We had a low grade leak from our dishwasher that was leaking through the main level light fixture. They assessed everything from the sink to the dishwasher, lights and floors. Great company. They also waive the cost of the assessment fee if they have to end up fixing any kind of ""damages"". They were so efficient, quick and informative on what we should do/expect next. Thank you for all you do!

It's easy to determine the employees here care about their customers, and enjoy their days. Everyone I spoke to was professional, respectful and showed a lot of heart when dealing with the issues we were having in our home.

When asked about a competitor of theirs, they instead of bad mouthing anyone, they spoke to their benefits, and why they felt I would be worry free with their service. This is a very commendable action from a highly competitive market.

I was given a short time window. My plumbing Doctor was able to facilitate repair before the window time! I can't say this will happen for everyone. But I was appreciative.

My plumber was also able to show me another plumbing issue that he became aware in a different pipe while there. Not only did he make me aware of the issue. He made time to repair it while there.

I have been overly pleased with my experience. I have two more, less pressing issues that they will be exclusively be asked to repair for me in the future.
