Where do I start?
AWESOME experience from the beginning meeting Jared the sales rep, to 4 days later when the friendly, personable and most importantly professional service techs arrived for the install of my first ever AC unit in this home and the complete replacement of the 25-year-old heater.

This was not going to be an easy install (photos) because the heater and hot water tank were in the basement crawl space. Such a tight fit that I despised having to change the filter when needed.

When Marcus and Joel arrived, they quickly assessed that the hot water heater just installed 1 year ago by another contractor wasn't installed correctly to code. Long story short, Marcus and Joel assured me that they would make another contractors error and sloppiness right and legal, at zero charge ""because it's the right thing to do"". Their work was executed with precision and professionalism. 5 Stars...Need I say more!

I liked the way Max diagnosed a problem with the inducer motor controller of my Carrier Infinity 96 furnace in a very step by step manner to find the exact cause of its malfunction. Too many techs simply replace parts until it works. Carrier warrantied the parts
and I gladly paid for the labor by Max.

My blower motor on my furnace was staying on even if I turned the heat/ fan off on the thermostat. I tried looking up a fix for it because I'm usually pretty handy, but this was over my head. I called Home Heating services and the got a tech out the next day (Fred). Fred was on time and very professional. He found the issue and gave me two options to fix it. I like how I wasn't pressured to do it and told that if I decided to have the repair completed within 30 days of my initial visit I would not pay for another trip charge. Fred answered all questions I had. I called him back out to replace the board to complete the fix about 3 weeks later. Again, he was on time (early) for appointment and called ahead. The repair was completed quickly and it works great now. All in all I was extremely happy with the service from the initial phone call and follow up scheduling with Chelsey, to the professional and friendly service from Fred.

I will remember you guys next time I'm in need of anything heating/cooling.

Our A/C condenser fan went out the previous night. The next day, I called HHS and they were able to schedule a tech to come by the same day. Dana was our tech for that day. He arrived and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. Excellent service from the scheduler at the home office, from the technician and it was a fair price.

This is the 4th or 5th time we have used HHS and I can say they are an honest company that does excellent work and will not cheat you.

If I could give this company and John (technician) a MILLION stars rating I would! I had a terrible experience with different company and threw my hands up after a long battle and just asked for a refund so I could go with a new company. That's when I found Home Heating! From the quote, to scheduling the install and the actual install, this was the most effortless experience I've ever had. I did ask for a senior technician to do the install due to past issues and they sent John out. He truly was amazing! He has restored my faith in HVAC technicians. We have artificial turf and he was extremely careful in how he cut it to put the condenser block down and he checked everything thoroughly, ran multiple tests and right away he found a kink in our copper line coming out of the house! This was the underlying issue that the others couldn't figure out and John found it right away! Again, best experience and I highly recommend them!

Ok had the furnace and a/c coil cleaned, return air expanded by nine inches, installed a five inch three stage air filter plus a sterilizing uv light. Carlos's work was excellent and his work ethic is very commendable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!!
