After my Warranty company sent out 3 other plumbers, the 4th plumber they sent out was from Home Defense Plumbing. My problem was identified by the HPD plumber, but the warranty company refused to authorize the repair. The warranty company sent out another plumber from a different company and the issue was still left unresolved. I terminated my account with Choice Home Warranty and contacted HDP on my own and they did not rest until my bathroom was operable again. The dedication has won me as a ongoing customer

I discovered a leak in my water heater on Monday night, and it was fixed by Tuesday morning! I called the main number, and Adrian walked me through shutting off the water. The next morning Cam quickly and expertly repaired the leak. Absolutely recommend this service, they are responsive, honest, reliable, and very kind. A+

Adrian the CEO of Home Defense, responded to my review. He replaced the problematic pull up in the master main bathroom. There was a secondary issue which was not in the original Yelp review which he addressed and corrected. Adrian demonstrated professionalism and attention to the customers concerns as well as explaining the diagnosis and the solution. There has been an about-face with my concern and now it has turned into respect and support for Home Defense Plumbing

My water stop valve to my bathroom had stopped functioning so I couldn't stop water from continuously pouring out into the toilet. I called and was immediately attended by a professional who informed me he could arrive at a moments notice. He fixed the valve and later replaced all the components to my toilet at NO EXTRA COST. I am more then pleased with the professionalism and service this company brings to the table. I would highly recommend!!

Do not use this contractor. They are not registered with the BBB. If you value your hard earned money do not use them. I am a Veteran and Healthcare professional and I have never been so discrespected. Adrian and his technichian Jesse have no integrety and tried to take advantage of me because I am a new home owner. Jesse came out per my warranty company 2/10 becasue my pilot light would not stay lit. As soon as he came in and looked at my unit he started naming all the things that need to be fixed or replaced. Without even touching the unit he told me that it needed to be replaced. I asked him why and he told me it was because of the age. I asked him to trouble shoot the unit to see if he can get it working at least until I was able to get it replaced and he told me that it would be pointless. Jesse was in my house no more than 10 minutes and never even touched the unit. I reluctantly paid the 100$ dectuable and trusted that I was being taken care of. The next day my warranty company called and told me the claim to replace the unit was denied. They said that Jesse told them the diagnosis was a calcuim build up. I am not sure how he would know that if he never touched the unit. After contacting Adrian he told me he would """"look into it"""". He called me back saying that they would come back to replace the thermocouple at the cost of 300$, which my warranty denied again. At this point I am out 100$ and my water heater is still not fixed. Adrian never apologized for his technicians actions or being caught trying to scam me and the warranty company.
