Our furnace stopped working Thursday during a small snowstorm. I had other businesses telling me that they would be out to help figure out what was wrong. They did not show up. I called Home Comfort Solutions Friday night and 2 guys came out Saturday to check it out. Not only were they friendly and professional, they worked efficiently and explained everything they did. Once they replaced a safety relay, an electrode kit and filters, the furnace was up and running. They also let me know that they provide services relating to the replacement of my oil tank. They gave me a timeline on when I really should have that replaced and that the new tanks have a lifetime warranty. I will be doing business with them for that replacement. The bill that they gave me reflected exactly what they did and they did not nickel and dime me. Very happy with their service!

Had used this company Spring of 2021 for routine A/C tune up and service guy was great. Flash forward to my second appointment with them November 2021 for heat pump routine maintenance The appointment was cancelled and reshceduled twice at the last minute each time due to issues at the company's end. Finally rescheduled for the day after Thanksgiving. The young man who came in no sooner entered than he began complaining about having to work Black Friday when others in the business are off. He was at my home literally 20 minutes at most and that included him using the restroom (which I did not mind) and writing up my invoice. He told me there was a potential issue with my heat pump and recommended 2 parts be replaced. He told me he would email with a quote to repair. It is April 2022 and I have not yet received that quote - it's ok though becasue I would never use this company again
