I just had a ductless mini split system installed at my house by Ryan and David. They did an outstanding job and was able to get the system up and running all in one days work. They showed up on time in the morning and were done before dinner time. I would recommend Home Care Alliance to anyone in need of any HVAC work. For the price you pay out of pocket, you get even better service. Thanks guys I appreciate all the hard work.

We just had an indoor mini-split and outdoor heat pump installed. Our previous ducted heat pump system was destroyed in a flood and we needed to have a better HVAC solution. We have a small, oddly shaped 1942 cottage that was not designed for modern appliances. We had a wonderful experience with Sullivan Heating & Cooling from the original work estimate through the installation. Bobby (Comfort Specialist) helped us enormously to come up with a workable alternative. Dylan and David (Installation Technicians) were master problem solvers and did beautiful work concealing lines and conduit inside our walls and tight corners. All three were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We'd also had other HVAC service from Sullivan before this latest install and were always happy with the people in the office and on site. We highly recommend Sullivan Heating and Cooling!

Had our furnaces serviced yesterday and the technician Bree was great. She was knowledgeable, explained things well and was an honest, genuine person.

New ownership = scam artists. My family worked with Sullivan for about 10 years when they supplied & maintained a pool heat pump for an indoor pool. The word ""maintained"" is used loosely. They actually bought the wrong pump for our region, swapped it out, then a few years later they broke the pump then ultimately refused to maintain it after originally signing us up for a maintenance contract. Eventually they tried to maintain it when I spoke directly with the new manager but that whole story is too long for this post but we hung in with them until we had to replace the pool heat pump after it broke a second time. I asked them twice to bid a replacement unit but they never did. They've had some employee turnover in the last year. I bought my own pool heat pump after researching myself. I asked them to bid swapping out the heat pump (like kind electrical swap, maybe 2 hours, plus hook up PVC which already exists also, again, maybe 2 more hours). Included in the bid we had a pinhole leak in a copper water pipe in the dehumidifier pipe which their tech had already looked at and said he could fix. They gave me a bid for $5000. This is 400x what I expected it to be so I asked them to please provide me with a breakdown by task (heat pump install and pipe repair) and separate labor and materials. They REFUSED to give me a breakdown of their bid. What?? That is one of the most blatant displays of dishonesty I've ever seen. I'm an accountant so I know that they come up with a bid by adding up numbers (duh) but the fact that they won't be honest about what it takes (in their mind) to get a job done or come up with a bid is disgraceful. Ultimately their terrible customer service and attempt to simply rip me off and take advantage of my senior citizen father was a blessing in disguise as I found a better provider that is fair, honest, and has better skills (FYI, it only cost me $1k to do what Sullivan was going to charge me $5k for). Do your homework people!

Unreliable. You can sit and wait for them all day long. No phone call nothing !! Finally you call them and they said they came by and tried to call you but you didn't answer the door or pick up your phone ....
They told me they could schedule me for next week. I told him that's unacceptable !!! and he told me that he could send another tech out but it would cost more for a after hours Heating tech !! what a scam ..
They only have 2 1/2 stars people 2 1/2 stars

Our realtor recommended Sullivan Heating & Cooling because they'd done some work on her house. I couldn't be more satisfied with the end product. 2 AC guys arrived at 9am then 3 electricians arrived around noon. A couple of things quickly became obvious: 1) everyone knew exactly what they were doing, and 2) these guys work together as a team on a regular basis and get along really well. It was obvious everyone respected each other and worked well as a team. I liked how the electricians presented various options of how to connect the power from the panel in my garage to the fan unit on the other side of my house - and I liked how the AC guys explained my options of how the system would be assembled in our furnace room and connect to the outside of our house. Top notch all the way. I have a lot of experience with workers coming to our home (we're doing a lot of renovations) and this was a super pleasant experience. This wasn't the lowest bid I received, but my gut told me to go with Sullivan and I'm glad I did. They were 100% professional and personable from when Bobby arrived to see our house and give us a bid to when Tony, Addison, and Chad and the team installed the system today. I'm 100% satisfied with everything they did and recommend Sullivan to you without reservation.

Woke up to a 90 degree sauna house this morning. Apparently my thermostat had shorted out. Called Sullivan's right at 730 when they opened. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant, made sure she understood my problem, knew exactly what the schedule/day looked like for the service person, gave a time window for same day 12-4 pm.

Steve pulled up at 12:06 pm. Was friendly, thoughtful, heard my problem, and got to work. Was able to trouble shoot and come up with a creative solution for working around my shotty wire problem. He even swept up/paid attention to where dust/wires had scattered a bit. He answered all my questions and even gave me a little requested education on my rather old, quirky furnace. 10/10, recommend. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called because my gas bill went from$13.00 to $600.00 with no explanation. They took it upon themselves to spend 3 hrs at $165.00 per hour inspecting their own system that was just over a year old. They found nothing. I was never informed there would be a charge or given any idea how long this would take. To add insult to injury, I received a bill in excess of $500 for nothing! Their service manager Kim was extremely rude and the GM Ted even more unprofessional. Stay away from these people! They will gouge you because they obviously need the money. Ridiculous

While the tech who installed the part was nice and on time the front office and the bid process are disjointed. The quote they gave me did not tell me what part I needed just a quote for $545 dollars. Upon completion, I took note of the part and wanted to see how much it was because the tech was there for 45 min tops. I found the part online for $75 brand new from several retailers. When I asked the front office told me the part was $365 dollars and with the 1-hour minimum that is why it was $545. When I emailed a link and asked why the EXTREME markup to which I received no reply. Be careful and have them break out the quote and don't get taken advantage of like I was. Not sure I would recommend them to anyone who needed help.

We would highly recommend the team at Sullivan. They went the extra mile for us to put a heat pump exactly where we wanted it. It was a royal pain to run all of the hoses and wires but they did it anyway and they did a fine job. They were on time, on budget, left the job site clean, and were very nice to the dog. What more could you want?

We just called them for some coaching on the thermostat configuration and they were instantly helpful. It's really good to know that they are local, available, and willing to help.
