I am extremely disappointment with this company's after-the-sale service. My crawlspace screen was cut when the installers ran the freon and electrical through it, and their fix was duct tape and silicone. This is not up to code and has resulted in rats getting into my crawlspace.


I was informed that substandard workmanship is not covered and I am responsible for repairing the damage to my home.

They usually provide decent service, but one of their sales reps was quite rude and just hung up on me with no warning when I indicated I didn't have the budget for one of the products we were discussing. I will look for another company that is courteous.

We got our central AC from MM Comfort Systems in 2018 as well as a split unit from them this year. In both the cases the sales rep did a thorough task of assessing the type of unit needed to meet the cooling requirements of our house. They are very reasonably priced. I found that their price was much lower than 4 other companies that quoted fire me. Yet the quality of their work is quite high. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and do a very clean installation.

I want to especially appreciate Vince Barry their technical sales rep who identified the type of unit I needed and answered all and every question or concerns I had.

I'm so happy with the system and the install, the system works well and was installed just before the cold snap, it has kept me nice and toasty. The install was fast and painless, Lamont and Qushawn did an excellent job, the install was done as scheduled, they showed up on time, did meticulous work and cleaned up afterwards. My house and yard was spotless after the install.

Quick service. They went above & beyond to make sure we had our water heater replaced as quickly as possible. Even honored a verbal quote that ended up being significantly lower than their actual cost, which I really appreciated.

We just had a new furnace and heat pump installed. Lamont was SO informative, helpful and respectful of us and our home. Terrible experience. We bought a 15K + unit and 4 trips and 3 installers later, we still do not have heat. It's beyond frustrating that they cannot complete the installation. I am cold and tired of space heaters. My other huge frustration is that my Father paid for the new unit as a gift and somehow because of that, he's the only one that they will contact. I've called and left multiple voicemails to specifically call me back so I can troubleshoot with a tech at the furnace and thermostat but they will not call me back. I've never received one phone call back. Not even just a courtesy to say they at least received my voicemail. If they didn't have all the correct working parts and backup parts in case they are needed then I don't think they should have started the install at all. My old unit still worked and kept us heated which I would gladly take over the situation we're in with no heat for days and days as it gets down to 30 degrees at night. I'm so angry with these guys across the board. Each time they've come they only work a handful of hours before leaving and say they need another part that they have to order. Nothing is in stock. We were feeling so good when they said they had an opening and could fit us in a couple months before originally thought. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and wish we had chosen another company.

Was so impressed with the entire Home Comfort Alliance (HCA) process and crew. Working through Costco with HCA was such an easy process; they were professional, great communication, set expectations, and the follow up after the install was excellent. Installers Drew, Jason, and Jeremy did an amazing job! They worked with me to find the best placement for the units, left the job site cleaner than when they came, kept me well informed, and made sure the cat didn't escape! 5 stars and highly recommended!

We have counted on MM Comfort Systems for the last 20 plus years, service has always been consistent and dependable. They installed a new furnace in 2016, that has been trouble free and efficient, which is why we contacted then for a Heat Pump, that was installed last week. The installers Luis & Mario were efficient, informative, did an excellent job moving around pipes, water lines & gas lines. The job was done fast, less that 2 days. Excellent job of clean up, friendly and pleasant to work with.
