Just had a new electric furnace installed and my two install guys went way out of their way for me. Bill and Hayes even moved my thermostat for me. They have made a lifelong customer out of me! Thanks guys.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A PRODUCT THAT KEEPS BREAKING!!!! Before choosing this company please read through the reviews-I wish I had!! We purchased a new Lennox heat pump and furnace only 3 years ago in Oct. Sales guy was great and installation went well. Unfortunately, we have a faulty unit that has been nothing but problems ever since, leaving us with expensive repair and heating bills. And that's with the extended warranty!! First deep freeze that year our heat pump coils froze over. House was freezing and we were forced to use emergency heat for over a week while the part came in. Our heating bill that month was almost $500 along with a fee to have them out look at our unit. That following summer during a hot streak the heat pump compressor went out leaving us without A/C. Again, a week went by waiting for parts, got it replaced and more money spent. The compressor went out a second time this September. And yes another bill. This December the thermostat quit working this time and wouldn't communicate to the heat pump leaving us with another week of emergency heat while the part came in. Just received our utility bill and it was $450 for the month instead of the $200-$250 it usually is. And.... the thermostat isn't covered under the extended warranty so we have to pay $350 for a new thermostat plus the $175 service call to diagnose the problem. I have called over the years asking to speak with the manager to discuss my concerns and I have never once received a call back. So now I am left with a very expensive utility bill and another bill for a unit that is only 3 years old.......

Bought my furnace from them & had serviced regularly under an annual service agreement. It's been 27 days since my first call for service. Since then there have been seven visits by four technicians, each worse that the previous. It's New Years Eve, 20 degrees & my furnace has been disassembled for two days, literally in pieces on the floor. Two men walked off the job at 2:00 yesterday and said they will be back Jan 3rd. This is my reward for being a long-term loyal customer. Screwed!

On November 28 they came to install a new thermostat. The old thermostat was fine it was installed by a security company but it was not compatible with my heater. They took the old thermostat without telling me.

I need to return the old thermostat to get my money back but they have been incredibly unhelpful. I called the service technician three times but he did not call me back.

I then called their customer service line three days in a row and each day they explained that the service technician likely had the thermostat in his truck but was too busy to go check.

Seriously? I understand if he's too busy during his work day but he can't check at the end of his work day or the beginning of his next work day?

The customer service was also quite rude as if it was my fault for letting him take the thermostat. I didn't know I had to tell the service technician to not take my perfectly good thermostat.

I'd avoid if you're a residential customer. We used for years until we had a question around their service, and they would not return our call to discuss. We changed HVAC contractors and are much happier.

This is Costco's contractor so we called Costco for appointment. The salesman, Bob came out and sold us a 90% efficient gas furnace and said they would have to vent out roof which meant putting in two pipes running across ceiling of garage. We paid for furnace prior to installation. When they showed up to install the installers told us they would have to run a drain pipe out of garage. If the salesman told us that, we would have said no! They would have a 5 star rating not 2. We don't want water running down our driveway. We can't put the garage door down on it and we don't want the floor being jack hammered. Also the pipes going through roof would be really low across garage and needed a crawl space which he did not mention. What was the salesman thinking? He wanted a bigger commission? Why did he leave that info out of his pitch? Had he told us that to start all of this could have been avoided! So instead we changed it to an 80% efficient that doesn't require pipes through the roof or a drain pipe. This furnace is $800 cheaper we believe, we could not get anyone to tell us the price of the furnace. Apparently the prices are a big secret. We had to wait another month for the install. On a positive note the installers were great and it passed inspection next day and we are completely happy with the furnace. My husband has made several phone calls to try to get credited for the cheaper furnace. We are now trying to straighten the price difference out with Costco. We are frustrated. It's been several weeks and we still haven't received money back for the cheaper furnace nor have we received the 10% Costco card.
We needed to be refunded for the cheaper furnace and also the $400 for venting it. Finally after several weeks several calls and threatening to dispute the credit charge. MM finally agreed to cut us a check. My husband did not trust them to send it so he drove 45 minutes in rush hour traffic to pick it up. We also got the Costco Card. This whole thing is frustrating. Like I said if the salesman was upfront to begin with I would have written a great review. It's ridiculous you have to fight to get your money back. They were sure quick to charge us for it. Costco needs to find a different partner.

Our furnace died on Saturday, we call to get it fix, but because it was a service during the weekend they charged me $295 plus taxes to diagnose the problem. The technician was very knowledgeable and fast. The control board was bad and they didn't have the replacement in stock. He told me I'm going to save money, because they will just charge me just for the part. I went on line and found the part for $210. So if they order and install it they will add a mark up, so $300 was my calculation. Wrong!!!! The call and told me the part was $750 plus taxes and it will take 4 days to arrive. I understand they have to make a living but charging 300% is outrageous. I bought the part my self, overnight it (got the part next day) and it was $290. Very easy to replace (10 min).
Just call a different company that charge more conscious prices.

We have a complex zone system with heat, A/C and an economizer. We have been through quite a few different service companies over the past 14 years, switching companies for poor customer service and/or techs that don't understand our setup and equipment.

MM Comfort Systems has been our company of choice for several years now. They have a tech that understands our system and he's been very helpful at diagnosing and fixing issues, keeping our system healthy and working.

The sales person did not explain the process correct and the indoor product was not what we thought it would be.

Bill and his team get FIVE STARS, they did everything possible to make it right.
