Home Climates has been our go to for heating/cooling/plumbing issues. We first called them after purchasing our home and the outdoor AC unit started failing. They quickly got us in their system and sent a tech out next day to replace a part for us. We use them for our seasonal system tune-ups and they do an amazing job of helping us keep the systems maintained. This past winter we got home from a family trip only to find our house cold cause our boiler had finally given up the ghost. We called Home Climates and a tech was out the same day (Sunday night no less) to assess what happened. They were able to install a new tankless water heating system for us the same week (most of the work done in a day!) haul away our old clunky boiler and set up a smart thermostat. Never once have we felt pressured into buying from them as they answer all of our questions and have multiple HVAC options and financing options to fit our budget.

Home climates put in my heating and air for my builder, as per them,, gas heater whistled since it was installed, they claim the builder should have fixed it,, he went bankrupt and ran out of town, now they are asking me to allow them to come in and give me a Air and furnace tune up for $99. but will not fix their screw up.... silly question, if they screwed it up in installation why would i want them to come and give a tune up?

SO upset and disappointed. I needed my unit ""refilled"" and a quote for a new unit. I reach out via email as offered on the website...no reply. I try again but directly to someone since they have serviced me in the past and I have that contact. NO reply. I finally call and they state that the person I reached out to, is on vacation. Fine; they don't have some sort of ""Away Notification"" like most companies do.... I set up a time. After scheduling and rescheduling they finally come and they send someone to give me a quote...NO service but just the quote. That tells me that they don't listen to details and that they only care about the larger deal. He did attempt to offer to bring someone back in but my time is just as valuable. Sorry. You guys messed up. You seem to not want my business which would have been a new unit.

Very professional staff that take the time to explain all the options. Worked hard to find us a solution without blowing the bank. Replacement Heat pump purchase and installation came in $1500 cheaper than a local competitor. Under promise and over deliver should be their motto.

I highly recommend Home Climates for any HVAC needs. The Home Climates team recently installed our gas furnace and air conditioner. When Larry and Kate came out to give us a free quote, it was clear that they were the right choice. Larry pointed out several inefficiencies with our previous system and duct work that the other HVAC companies did not mention. Kate gave us great customer service and thoroughly explained our equipment and warranties. Drew, Justin and Josh did a fantastic job installing our system. Their work was clean and fast. Our system is running great, and we're already seeing a huge difference in our electricity usage. The cost was competitive, but most importantly I felt like our home was in good hands with everyone of the their professionals. Thanks so much for the amazing service Home Climates!!

Mason had come out for our annual inspection. He did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he did and the inspection he performed. He was very polite and easy to talk with. I really like the text messages the and phone call the send out before coming to perform the service. They even send a pic of the technician before he arrives and this adds to their great service and sense of security, especially in the age of all the scamming that is occurring. Great work and we will be sure to contact them in the future.
