this is by far the WORST company I've ever done work for. I have been without hot water for 2 weeks now. The owned called me and said he would be """"personally"""" handling my case about 5 days in. Said he would keep in touch with me everyday, then he's ghosted me. I text / call him everyday and he doesn't call back. I can't believe they're still in business if the owner can't keep his word. The ONLY shining star from this company is the dispatcher LAUREN, she is professional, helpful, and apologetic for the lack of communication on her owners behalf. If you're smart you'll call someone else.

My wife did not realize how exorbitantly expensive the estimate was when she agreed to it. She was unable to contact me before she agreed to that price. $823.20 for replacing two faucets provided by us and removing (not replacing) a garbage disposal works out to approximately $800 labor for around 3.5 hours of work. This comes out to around $235/hour, which is """"GROSSLY"""" overpriced regardless of how """"top notch"""" your customer service is. The parts you provided were only two PVC pipes from The Home Depot and a kitchen sink drain trap. Even if they are """"professional grade materials"""", they would not cost more than $20. I had no problems with the work, but I do want other senior citizens to be aware of how expensive your company's labor charges are so they can search elsewhere to get a fair labor charge. I feel we were taken advantage of.

Great company! Called them in the afternoon on Wednesday to fix a broken shower, they arrived promptly the next day and immediately fixed the problem. Highly recommend.

Had a toilet stoppage issue that couldn't be fixed with a plunger. I had dealt with two plumbing companies before and always felt like I was getting ripped off or lied to. Decided to go online and read reviews. Liked the sound of Home Choice, so gave them a call. Ryan answered, was very polite and scheduled me for the following day in the afternoon. Got a call in the am that he could come first thing. Unfortunately, I had a prior appointment so kept the original time. He followed up with a text when he was on his way. Very professional and personable. He explained potential future problems because of the design of the toilet but did not pressure me in any way. Home Choice is now my go-to plumbing company and I will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!

The young man was here on time first thing in the morning, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a fair quote for the work to be done then executed the repair efficiently. We were impressed with his professionalism and expertise. We will use them again should the need arise!!

It's a major nightmare having plumbing problems and rarely does anyone get overjoyed with having to call a plumber to their home. Well, it happened to me, so I read all the rave reviews for Home Choice Plumbing and took a chance on calling. From the first call I knew I had made the right choice. Ryan answered and was professional to a fault about asking and answering my questions and made arrangements to have someone to my home the next day between 12 and 1 pm. True to his word, Brandon arrived and quickly surveyed the situation and offered up at last 3 solutions that would remedy my plumbing problem. Choosing an option, Brandon set to work making the necessary repairs. Brandon is truly professional and did a great job, I am very pleased with him and Home Choice Plumbing. I believe any nightmares of plumbing issues are gone thanks to Home Choice Plumbing. Thanks Ryan and Brandon.
