J W.This is the place you're looking for. I've had a long-term issue with an exterior door and when it got REALLY stuck this time, I called Home Care & Repair. They were able to send out a very nice gentleman who did thorough work and explained to me the work that he did.
I will definitely be calling them again soon for more jobs around the house that require more time (and skill) than I have!
R B.Home Care and Repair first came to our home in October to look at problems we were having with a sticking front door. The tech was very friendly and tried several things to not much avail. He suggested the door might have to be pulled, which would have been a much bigger project. WE got on their schedule for April. Flash forward to today. The techs quickly assessed the issue and suggested a much less invasive procedure (and much less expensive-) trim the plastic threshold so it would screw down lower where the door was sticking. It only took them two attempts to get it dialed in and a door that has been sticking for the last two years now opens with ease, while maintaining the weather seal when closed. The Home Care & Repair techs were extremely friendly, explained exactly what they would do, and they did it. I *think* their names were Dennis and John? Anyway, an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Home Care & Repair.
