Holy Water Plumbing and Water Treatment

There isn't anything ""holy"" about this business or the owner, Richard. We hired him to do some modifications to the plumbing in our remodel in order to meet code.
He cut through our main water supply line costing us thousands in additional repair. The hot and cold supply lines are switched in one of the guest bathrooms. And my washing machine doesn't get ANY water from the hot water line. He told us he had to completely re-do the plumbing in the main bathroom, charging exorbitant amounts. Yet all he did was switch the existing plumbing from copper to pex, keeping within inches of the original location that was supposedly not code compliant. He never stuck to his estimate, and came back with thousands more claiming he had underbid and needed to outsource for help.
I texted him on his personal phone telling him of the current issues. No reply. I found his company's Facebook page, and saw my house listed under one of his ""successful projects"". I mentioned that I recognize the house with a silly emoji and was blocked from his business page. How unprofessional. I will report his license to the county.

I hired Richard from Holy Water Plumbing and Water Treatment as he seemed exceedingly knowledgeable about plumbing. Richard not only described his plan on rerouting my main water line which had broken, but also pointed out additional issues I had, and repaired those free of cost. Richard charged me much lower than what some of the other plumbing companies were asking for, and provided me with a plan that I actually preferred. Everyday he came to work on time, worked hard, and stayed late to complete it within the time frame. I have plans on hiring him again, and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a honest, intelligent, hardworking plumber. Thank you Richard!
