Called this plumber during the great freeze of Jan 2018. He seemed very pleasant stopped the leak with water pouring from the ceiling of our bedroom and returned the next day to repair and insulate pipe. However, the invoice was for $1,650 with no details of the cost of the materials used or the cost for the labor. Our insurance adjuster said that we were gouged also the plumber we usually use said the same thing. He was unable to come that day. A week later we were having new insulation installed in the attic and as the insulation was installed the same pipe started to leak because the pipe had just been glued without using a connector to connect the two pipes. What a mess and so expensive we will never use him again.

I had numerous things done in my kitchen including faucets, a disposal and some other things and the job was well done! One of the employees came and did it, very good! Just today David the owner came by to install a dishwasher after taking out the old one.... what a great experience! He was punctual, polite and seriously perfect in every respect! This particular job wasn't easy as the previous one was a job to get out, no issue for him what so ever... I would hire his company again and again.

Wow, expensive. I had a small leak in the kitchen and the property manager suggested this """"honest"""" plumber. I got a speaker-cell call saying they cut into the wall and found that the toilet flange needed to be replaced. Fine, I've done that job w/my wife in about 2 hours for $20, so I figure pros would be an hour @ $100 or so, plus the drive, maybe max $200. Got a bill for $517! David says he's priced competitively, so that's what people are willing to pay, but that's just gouging. They didn't even patch up the drywall and wouldn't itemize the invoice for parts vs labor, but did show $175 to remove/replace the toilet in addition to the flange job. Shouldn't that be included? It'd be like charging wheel removal on top of brake replacement. My plumber in Atlanta says """"For $517 I'd have driven from here to Summerville to do that job!""""

We used Holy City Plumbing just this week and were thrilled with their professionalism and problem solving. We had just moved to Mt.Pleasant so this made our """"move in""""much more easier. Lisa took the time to tell us and show us what she was doing and was courteous upon arrival. You are a lucky company to have her as employee. Cindy

You might want to rethink your selection of Holy City Plumbing. They gave me a verbal quote of $389.00 to set a Toilet. Then they work for about 1.5 hours. Then Lisa the Plumber she says Oh, BTW- I got bad news. Lisa says her owner told her it would cost $1500.00 to jack hammer and replace with a new Off-Set Flange. She said we only do it the right way. Well that is good, but why did she work for 1.5 hours trying to replace the old flange that had worked for about 20 years? Yes the outside flange is metal but the drain pipe is PVC. I kid you not the Invoice says it was for Diagnostics (INVOICE #3629 - 3/15/2019) She said the concrete floor was too wet to drill into. Yes, it's Concrete and requires a Concrete Bit! I spent $199.00 for her Diagnostics Assessment! Customers BEWARE!!! NOTE: I live in West Ashley - 29407. My Email is Google that is in California,

They showed up on time, the next morning after I called, realized we had to dig up some concrete so they scheduled for the next day which they showed up on time as well. The issue was my drain line from upstairs was leaking and cracked the pipe into my concrete. They were able to fix all of that as well as convert some lines from CPVC to PEX for me so I can prevent future issues. The price was steep but I was given prompt service and quality repair, so I got what I paid for. They also moved the condensate lines for me to where I wanted them because they were plumbed wrong and in my storage area which made no sense. Overall I'm super happy with the prompt and professional service. If I had to gripe about anything it would be price was a little steep, but again, I rather pay extra and get quality than deal with some of these other plumber types. Thanks again Holy City!

Service was good but cost was not. I had them try to fix a leak. After hours of convincing me to rebuild one then replace another toilet I was charged $1600. Still did not fix leak. Had to hire leak detector to find out that it was under concrete slab.

This company is great, quick response from the owners and came out first thing next day. So nice and made me feel comfortable. He also worked to salvage my disposal instead of replacing it like so many others would. Love to support local and will work with them in the future!
