Garbage product. Daikin is the worst. Broke after 3 years. Owner is a jerk. Tried to blame the client for his team not following through. Avoid these clowns. If they tried to deny this review or say it's a bot I have the recorded conversations text threads and emails. These people are gaslighting somebody that they screwed over. It's typical these days. People aren't taking responsibility and trying to blame other people for their incompetence and rudeness.

Contacted via yelp. Very responsive. Needed remote service for mom's house. They are great. Scheduling quickly next day. And telling me real price for toilet replacement, vs service call fee and """"we'll see what's required...""""

Ian Tanner and Alex Curcio are great reflections on the high professional caliber of Holy City Heating & Air! Both Ian and Alex were quickly dispatched to our home to address a couple of minor issues. They were positive, efficient, informative, and caring in the services they performed. We're also pleased with the terrific value Holy City consistently delivers. I strongly recommend Holy City for all your heating and air conditioning issues!

to Jennifer S: your response didn't address the issue. You mentioned that your customers have great salaries etc to be able to afford your high rates. I make/have a lot of money but that doesn't translate to putting up with corrupt business practices. If you had read the complaint, you would have seen that the """"scheduler"""" didn't offer the flat rate. Don't bother responding. I'm sure you business will move on with those that are willing to put up with your excuses and ignorance.

Very responsive team. Ac died Easter weekend and had to order a new one. They brought me temp units to cool the house overnight and installed the new unit the next day. Called Friday afternoon and by Saturday evening I was up with a new unit.

Holy City Heating & Air has been so accommodating. I have had quite a project on my hands while installing a new courtyard at my Charleston residence. There were several components that went beyond the scope of my contractor's expertise. Holy City Heating & Air were quick to help, affordable and all-around great staff. Thank you.

Holy City Heating and Air installed my new HVAC system and duct work. I cannot express how thankful I am for the white glove service Tom Harvey and his team provided. They attended to every detail with care and respect. Even after the install, Tom kept in touch to make sure my family and I were satisfied with the comfort that the new HVAC system provided.

Our central air was making some crazy noises and not cooling. One call and an hour later Joe's trouble shooting our unit! Blown capacitor (which he showed me had failed). We're up and running again! No crazy upsell, no games or gimmicks. Attentive, professional, punctual and HONEST!!! You need HVAC help, look no further!

Just wow. I will say they showed up when they said they would. Todd the technician started off great showing me what he found, bad defrost board. He then called in to get pricing on the part and took the parts guy off speaker phone when he started talking about the price of the part which was a red flag. The pricing started off a $250 for the fix but turned out to be $550 with the price of the part. When I asked him what the price of the part was he said he """"didn't know"""" which wasnt true because I was standing right next to him when he made the call and watched him take me of speaker phone to avoid me hearing the cost. A quick google of defrost board show the most expensive ones are $140 so I asked him what was the cost for the part and labor separated and he said they dont price things that way and that he wasnt allowed to share the price of the part. Well between the dishonesty and not wanting to share a breakdown in pricing I told him that I was happy to pay the diagnostic fee but wouldn't be using them for the repair (I have been burned before by AC companies) and told him that I don't appreciate being lied to. Todd stormed of the property without providing a bill for the diagnostic work. 10 minutes later I get a call from Tom the owner, wanting to know why I didnt want to go through with the repair and I explained what occurred, he then goes on to tell me there is a lot of overhead to running a business and that the price was fair for the repair. I told him that it might be, but I didn't want to work with his company which then led into a profanity laced 'talking down to' from Tom. I asked him what he hoped to achieve by talking to me (his customer) this way? It sure wasn't winning him the business or smoothing things over. I would avoid them at all cost.
