We had some issues with our sink, and Holton Plumbing was on it right away. They sent Brandon out to do the work and he was friendly and efficient. Communication for subsequent jobs wasn't always the smoothest, getting things scheduled and returning phone calls, but that was on us to a degree as well. We would hire them again for any other work.

Debbie provided EXCELLENT customer service. Very helpful & understanding. Said she would call when the plumber was on the way (I like that). Brandon was the service tech. Once I showed him the problem he was on it and completed the PEX repair in RECORD TIME. I believe Brandon said that he is a second gen Plumber. When you're having a bad day after being up all night, Debbie & Brandon were a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

Can't review their work unfortunately because scheduling was a total let down. Called for a bathtub drain repair that was leaking for a rental property, earliest they had available was two days later and said they'd be here in the afternoon, I took it, waited two days. At 8am the morning of the appointment that was supposed to be in the afternoon I get a call from dispatcher saying the plumber is on his way that he'll be at the property in 5 minutes.. I was told it would be the afternoon, so I explained that I cannot just walk into my tenant's apartment at 8am unannounced, so they said they'd call me again in the afternoon and let me know what time they'd be here. Then around 1pm they call me, no advance notice saying the plumber would be at the property in 3 minutes, That's not much of a """"heads up"""". I asked if he could come at 2:30, just 30 minutes later, she says sure.....4 hours passed by nobody called back, nobody showed up, nobody had the decency to tell me they were no longer coming. When I called they claim they came twice, NOT TRUE at all, nobody actually ever showed up. They didn't even offer to make up for it Just like that... no offer to make up for it or to come back they just told me the plumber was done for the day AT 4pm!

I can't believe it took me four years of living in Savannah to find a decent plumber! I called Holton Plumbing when we had a main line water break in our front yard. I was really nervous because I have read that this could potentially cost thousands of dollars. Holton Plumbing came out within a few hours and fixed the problem! It cost us a little over a hundred dollars!!!! They were very efficient and had great customer service! I have used many plumbers in this town, Henry's (very expensive and they would not come out when we were having a major plumbing emergency on a weekend!!), Roto Rooter (they are good if something breaks down on a Sunday evening and you need someone right then! This kind of service cost us a little over $250 for about 30 minutes of work), but for anything else I would highly recommend Holton Plumbing! They charge $95 an hour, plus supplies, which is very reasonable for a plumber (The going rate in Savannah seems to be $180 per hour!! Outrageous!).They are honest and fair, what more could you ask for?

This company came recommended by someone who has used them for years. I am so glad I called them! We had a pipe outside of the house break and had to shut off all of the water to the house. Of course the home warranty didn't cover the costs because it wasn't in the house. I called Holton Plumbing and they were so friendly. Debbie had someone on his way quickly. Brandon arrived and fixed the pipe in less than half and hour. He replaced the plastic pipe and faucet provided us with a good quality pipe and metal faucet. Brandon was so nice and did not waste our time. So happy with them that I am going to use them for all my needs even if they are not in my warranty plan.
