The plumber showed up and he was incompetent. He came out to snake out the pipes because they were clogged and he put a hole in the pipes from the snake and now there is a leak in our basement that didnt exist UNTIL he put the snake down the drain...he wouldnt take responsibility for it he tried to blame us...we have to pay them for them to put a hole in our pipes f* that dont call these people! I wont recommend them to anyone!!!!

Fantastic service when our sewer backed up. Jerry came to our house and recognized the problem immediately. He explained what was going on and taught my wife and me a lot about our sewer system in the house and how to prevent future problems. He cleaned out the obstruction efficiently and cleaned up completely afterwards. We were totally pleased with his work. I would heartily recommend him and the company.

This company did not warn me that they charge by the hour. Every 5 minutes, the maintenance repair man left ""to get tools"" for 10 minute increments. He did work for about an hour total but was there for about 3 hours just to charge extra. Afterwards he said, ""you're lucky I didn't charge you from the moment I left my house."" Installing a dishwasher should not take 3 hours, he was simply trying to make easy money off of me. I would not recommend this company!

The plumber/technician who came to clear our kitchen drain was pleasant and effective. However, when the bill arrived a week later it showed a labor charge of $90 and an additional equipment charge after the woman dispatcher had initially explained they use a flat rate charge of $99 per hour that includes travel time to the site. Her reply to the bill was they use a minimum charge of $90 for all jobs, which was not explained. I could have understood if plumbing materials had been installed, but to charge $8 for their use of a router was surprising. Just would have liked for honest and consistent up-front portrayals. Won't use them again.
