With a career in plumbing that began in 1986, our owner, Dan Holthaus, brings extensive knowledge to the table. With more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing, he is well-equipped to handle any job. Dan took the step to establish himself as a licensed plumbing contractor in 2012, utilizing his vast experience. We operate as a subcontractor for plumbing and appliance installations at 10 Lowe's stores, provide services for Amazon, and serve as a personal plumbing contractor for those requiring plumbing or appliance installations.

Born and raised in Huntington, Indiana, Dan has deep local roots. While in high school, he began his career at Mann's Inc, a plumbing and HVAC company. After high school, Dan pursued four years of plumbing education, achieving his journeyman plumbing license in 1991. Throughout his extensive career, he has handled both new installations and service plumbing in residential and commercial settings. After launching his own business in 2012, Dan further advanced his credentials by passing the plumbing contractor's exam for Indiana. He wed his wife in 1989, and she plays a vital role as the co-owner and business manager of Holthaus Plumbing. They have four children together, with three now contributing to the Holthaus Plumbing team.
