Charlie responded to my call in less than 10 minutes. I had a list of small issues that I needed repaired, rocking toilet, loose shower handle, slow bathroom sink drains, and install a new kitchen faucet. He gave me a quote over the phone. Charlie was able to schedule me at my convenience on the very next day! He text before he came and was prompt!
Charlie performed the work with professionalism; he was thorough and cleaned up after.

My sink was leaking on a Saturday and I was nervous we wouldn't be able to get any body out. I am not handy at all and called my dad and a few others to see if they could help. No one knew what the issue was that I was describing. I hopped onto Yelp to see if I could have someone come out. Charlie from Holmes Plumbing was one of the first ones to pop up. I messaged him in the app and he gave me a call. First of all, he was super polite and easy to work with. He even talked me through the simple fix on the phone! I absolutely saving his number in case if something else ever comes up. Great guy and very professional!

Absolutely blown away by the incredible service I received from Charlie and his team, and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

At 2PM on a weekday, I was in full-on panic mode--my gas company had just turned off my gas due to a leak, and I had no heat, no hot water, and no idea what to do next. I started calling around to plumbers, expecting to be told I'd have to wait days for an appointment. Then I got in touch with Charlie, and everything changed.

Not only did Charlie answer the phone personally, but he listened patiently to what was going on, asked a few smart questions, and told me he'd take care of it. Less than two hours later, by 4PM, his technician Brandon was at my house. By 5PM, the leak had been located, repaired, and the job was fully completed--and not just patched together, but done properly and cleanly, with full transparency at every step.

What really stood out to me was that Charlie himself showed up during the job--not to micromanage, but to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I felt comfortable and informed. You don't see that kind of accountability and pride of ownership every day. Both Charlie and Brandon were incredibly personable, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional, and they took the time to explain what they were doing without ever talking down to me or rushing through it.

It's also worth noting that their pricing was more than fair. In an emergency situation like this, a lot of contractors might take advantage or overcharge--but not Charlie. He gave a clear explanation of costs and stuck to it, which speaks volumes about his integrity.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, fast, and reassuring. I honestly can't remember the last time I felt so well taken care of by a service provider. If you need a plumber--especially in a stressful situation--Charlie is absolutely the person to call. He and his team are the real deal: responsive, reliable, honest, and just genuinely good people.
