I have used Scott twice, once for general maintenance last winter and then to replace an oil-fired boiler just recently. He was half the price for the same high efficiency unit as two competitors a 5K difference!

He showed up on the scheduled date and completed the install in 1 day. He included in his quote things the others were charging extra for like a plastic lined fuel line.

He took the time to rework the pipes rather than create a spaghetti pile connecting the new boiler to the old pipe locations. Its not just the money savings but the quality of his workmanship and judgment that impressed me. He won't try to sell you something you do not need.
