Would have used him again, unfortunately I'm huge with customer service and whoever is answering his phones and doing his books is completely unprofessional and extremely rude!! There is never a good time to use profanity as she did over the phone. Because I'm big on customer service I won't continue. But his work was efficient and fair priced.

Paul responded quickly to my urgent call for service. He provided information on what the job entailed immediately upon my telling him what I needed to replace a toilet. He gave me a 2 hour window for him to be at my home to do the replacement the same day.

If you have a plumbing problem, look no further. Last night, my toilet would not flush properly. Panic set in. Hubby plunged it and did what he could to no avail. I yelped plumbers and narrowed it down to my top 3, Holmer being one. I then went to NextDoor to see what my neighbors recommended. And one of them recommended Holmer. So that is where I started.

From the moment Kelly answered the phone with her pleasant demeanor, genuine concern, and communication throughout the day, I knew we were in good hands. I called at 8:45am and by 4:55p the same day, Paul arrived at our door to assess and fix our problem. He gave us estimates based off of what he thought the issue could be prior to completing any work. What started as a very stressful situation (we only have one bathroom in our house so the toilet not working is a big deal) became a light-hearted experience thanks to Kelly and Paul. The price was very fair for the work and there were no hidden fees or add-on charges. Absolutely recommend and will use them again if needed.

Called Paul early in the morning with a kitchen sink that would not drain. Paul said he could be there in about 2 hours. He arrived 2 hours later and fixed the problem. All was done at a fair and reasonable price.

So thankful for this family owned plumbing company. Paul went above and beyond. We asked him to run a waterline for our new refrigerator, and while he was doing that we ran into a separate issue that we were unaware of and he snaked our home which helped tremendously same day. In addition to running water into our home, he added a spigot outside.
