Toddler flushed a brush down the toilet. Called them and they showed up when they said they would. Tried their best to save the toilet, but it was not in the cards. Installed new toilet that goes bawoosh, flushes with authority. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and the price was fair.

Needed emergency repair for slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher backing up. Also clogged tub. He was so fast to reply and come to check the problems. Fixed in less than an hour and waaaaay cheaper than the first plumber I request that morning.

After calling two plumbers we had used in the past and getting a ""we'll get back to you answer"", I was lucky enough to find Paul when I Googled for local plumbers in my area. I called him directly and he was at my house in 10 minutes (he lives locally) and put a temporary clamp on the pipe leak. He suggested I call my water provider, Suburban Water, to have them come out and shut off the main. Paul came the next day, fixed everything and we were up and running quickly. We will for sure give Paul a call for any future plumbing needs we may have.

We were extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of workmanship in dealing with our problem. Paul the plumber who looked after us dealt with us in a professional courteous manner and got the job done. We had to have the garbage disposal replaced and also had him clear out the main line as a precaution. He super nice and a joy to have do the job. He needed a part that we didn't have and luckily there was a Ace Hardware near bye. He got the part and installed it. We will definitely call him next time we need a job done.
