Paul came within 45 minutes of us calling. He fixed our problem quickly. He was friendly and efficient. Our water was backing up in the guest bathroom in the toilet and bathtub. Calling a plumber can be scary and expensive but Paul was great!! Will definitely be using him again!

we asked Paul to deal with our plumbing issues three times now, he was recommended by a close friend of my mom's and I can see why they referred him to us.
The first was a pump issue from our guest house that we've been problematic about it for over a month before Paul got involved, and when he did he was able to fix the problem in three days!
the second was a backflow issue with the shower drains of the main house, again he fixed it like it's nothing!
and the third issue was when the pipes of the heater of the guest house had a leak and I called him up and he was kind enough to drop in within 2 hours even though it's beyond his office hours.

Paul is really easy to work with, he's responsive, professional, punctual and doesnt mind going the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service! He's very friendly and fair with his prices, and he does a great job!!!!

So yes, if for some reason you skipped all that I've written above then this would be a summation, I highly recommend this plumbing company, just because when you're someone like me who doesn't know anything about plumbing and is looking for a professional to do the job, but also doesn't want to get ripped off then you should call Paul

I've been using Holmer Plumbing for a couple of years now. Paul has done jobs at my house and also my mom's. He's on time, honest, tidy, and pleasant. Seems like a nice family business. A vent pipe came loose saturday because of crazy winds we had and he came over to secure it in 5 minutes! I've never had that fast of a response from anyone.
