When I removed my toilet I noticed that the cast Iron flange was rusted to the point it would not hold the bolts that keeps the toilet seated. I called the plumber I used in the past and he had never removed a cast iron flange before. He wanted to charge me $450 because he said it was labor intensive. Ii noticed on youtube that it was not a $450 job. I then called John at Hollywood Plumbing and he said he has done a number of cast iron flange removals. He showed up on time, replaced the flange and charged me $120. He knew what he was doing and did it quickly and professionally. Hollywood plumbing is my plumber from this day forward.

Sorry I had to give one star. There was no place to leave none. I wouldn't leave any. The worst company I have ever endured. I had this company come out to install a brand new faucet and asked John the price in advance. Once he got here he changed the price because it took him 2 hours to install and he installed it wrong. He said it needed a new cartridge on a brand new faucet. We were without hot water for 10 days waiting for new cartridge to arrive from Delta. Upon arrival we called him twice and he said text me. I did and he never called back or text me again. We had a new plumber come in and said Hollywood Plumbing installed it totally wrong. There was nothing wrong with the cartridge. We had to pay again. Don't pay attention to the good reviews. They are probably fake reviews. Please Please never use them. The worst.

gave me an attitude because I called during somebody's birthday party. then why answer? never called me back the next day as promised regarding the problem I had described to make an appointment. I guess business is good for plumbers in So Flo because it's like pulling teeth getting them to come out!

This is the plumber I will be using for all my properties in the future. I had another plumber give me an estimate to replace the bath and shower stem assembly for $650.00 . I called john at hollywood plumbing and he gave me a price of $375.00 over the phone and was there the next day and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend this company.

Expedient! I called John (good local guy) and he came by to assess the problem with my guest room toilet. He gave me a quote and came back to install a new toilet as promised. The price was reasonable and the work was done right.

We have used Hollywood Plumbing several times, the latest being this week. John is a friendly, honest and capable plumber. He charges a very fair price. We will definitely use him again.

Not a great experience. Called them about a broken shower handle...charged me over $100 and didn't fix anything. Simply took the face plate off (could have done that myself). The guy (I think it's John) said he would call us in a few days after he got the parts that were needed to complete repair. Never heard from him again. Unless it's just a clogged drain, I wouldn't recommend them.
