I wound up giving him a tip equal to the service fee I wasted on the local mega Plumbing dynasty, and I felt much better about spending the 50 bucks for these guys rather than wasting it with the other guys.

Michael showed up on time. He quickly analyzed my problem and explained how he would proceed. He completed the repair and then was able to help me with another plumbing issue in our home. The price was fair and reasonable and i will use Hollis again in the future.

I called to have my water heater flushed. The owner said his son could do it after hours but called during the day that he could get to it because he was in the area. Of course I was not home ( my mistake) ! They called me when the job was completed. I should have waited to pay when I got home because I had no hot water. Called owner no answer no call back. Got ahold of son only because he had called me. Never left a bill with his # before he left. When I returned home I had no hot water. Zoomed with son to show (MY HUSBAND) how to open & turn on the hot water. My husband wanted to know who was paying him? Found out some insulation was taken out of unit but not the wasp nest??? Will never use them again or not be home during services!

We had a water leak under our sink. I used Yelp to get a plumber. Hollis plumbing came up and I texted them and they replied right away. We set up an appointment for the next day. They came out on time and fixed the water leak. I'm very happy with the work that was done. I would recommend them if you need a plumber.
