Ari S.My wife and I visited an empty Hollingsworth store at San Marco Blvd Jacksonville to seek advise on products and tile for a bathroom remodel. We were met by an older female associate with short reddish brown hair, that after approx 5 minutes said """"she did not have time to deal with us"""". This rude person actually chased away another employee with a serving spirit saying """"she wasn't going to make any money helping us and should not provide any assistance"""". We felt she had determined we had little value to Hollingsworth. Long story short - we went to Ferguson 'a on Philips Hwy, received superior service and made a substantial $$$$ fixture purchase. Recommend you visit Ferguson's and experience a positive difference when buying fixtures.
