Hi hired Holling plumbing in early 2018 to install a sewer line between my house and the city main After finishing about half the job they left for the day it was supposed to rain that night so he didn't know when he could be back to finish it He tied the new
Into my old line so we would have sewer in the meantime. After a few days I called him and he told me it would be a couple weeks before he could get to it. Call them a couple weeks later same thing be a couple weeks before he could get to it Then he found out the city was planning on repaving the street that My sewer line ran under Said he would do it right before they repaved it be cheaper that way. The street was repaved and still no sewer line Well he didn't want to tear up a brand new street so he gave me a guarantee on the old line that it wouldn't plug up again . Within a couple months it had plugged up twice It's now December so I call him up and tell him I want him to honour the guarantee and finish the job He said It would be Spring before he could get to it
Long story short I find out in April The part he did replace failed And sank a foot I contacted him he said he would be out at the end of June that's 2019 now. He never showed Found out he received no permit to do the job and no inspection reports were done
Had to hire another plumber to tear up everything holling plumbing did and replace it and finish the job
Left a lot of details out but suffice to say a guarantee is only as good as the person given it Go to BBB's website and read my review there

I've never seen a company in a small town that would take advantage of elderly people, until now. Do not use this company for any service. Only after further investigation did I find that this company is known for its crooked dealings. Many people in the community have had issues and they all say the same thing, never again. But by then it's too late. They have the customers money, the damage is done, and now the customers have to shell out more money to a reputable company to actually get the job done correctly. It's sickening to see happen. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. Homeowners beware.

Called Holling Plumber and Sewer for a routine removal of roots in our main sewer line. My husband made an appointment with them a few days prior for 2:30 p.m. and we arranged to take off work in order to be here when they arrived. However, they did not arrive until ten till 5:00. After waiting an hour and a half, my husband called them to see where they were, at which time, they responded ""we'll be there in a little bit."" When they did arrive, they completed the job necessary. Basically, if you hire them for a job be prepared to wait because they won't be on time. Not even close.

I was referred to Holling Plumbing after I noticed a slow leak in my hot water heater. They were able to come out and take a look at it the same day I called and I had a new hot water heater installed less than 25 hours later! Additionally, they had to get the city out to shut my water off so they could install the emergency shut offs inside the house (even though the home inspector said things were great when he looked at the house?) I've called 2 other plumbers to get that project done and in over 3 months, nobody showed up. I recommend Holling Plumbing as they were quick and efficient (and American Home Shield has them on the list of preferred plumbers)
