I have used Hollin Hall plumbing on a few occasions. They have always proven to be efficient prompt and friendly. I would not use any other plumber.

I needed two spigots and their supplies serviced and a bathroom sink replaced. They were on time, fast, polite, professional, and stood by their work when a part broke that wasn't their fault. They fixed it the day I brought it to their attention for free. Absolutely no hassle and fantastic service.

Had Hollin Hall come to my home to replace an outdoor sump pump and repair some minor leaks in some copper water supply pipes in the basement. They got right to work, did a very good job, and were polite and professional. The bill was reasonable and the work was done well.

Great quick service for a very reasonable price! Called this morning about a leak and Bruce and Ryan arrived within a hour. Very polite, pleasant and clean in installing new shutoff valve! Will definitely use them again should the occasion arrive.

Wish I could give them more stars! ...called this morning and within 1hr their tech arrived, fixed the issue and did it at a small fraction of other quotes. Specifically what was quoted @ between $450 and $800 was done quickly and most of all cordially for $150. We will not be going anywhere else for our next plumbing problem!!!

Their service is prompt, professional, and they even followed up a day later to make sure that everything was working well.

Had an issue with my water heater last Sunday--I was running out of hot water. I'm usually pretty handy with stuff like this, but I had just sustained a knee injury and was having trouble getting back and forth from the basement, to the circuit breaker, back to the water heater, etc. Was pretty confident I knew what the issue was, so I called around to get a couple of quotes (and also used the Yelp app). This particular company doesn't give quotes through the yelp app (understandably), so I called on sunday and they promptly called me back the next morning. To my surprise, despite the snowstorm, they were able to come out the same day. Scheduling was easy, and they showed up within the 2 hour window.

I was serviced by Bruce and Ryan. They took a look, ran some tests, and diagnosed that I had a couple of faulty thermostats on my water heater. I thought it was faculty heating elements, which would have likely been more expensive, but they told me the heating elements were likely OK. Because I was wrong, they could have charged me and arm and a leg, but they fixed what needed to be fixed, and only what needed to be fixed, in about 30-45 minutes. They even called the next day to ask if everything was working OK, saying that they didn't want me going up and down the steps because of my knee injury. The good service is why I would recommend, but the kindheartedness is what will make me a loyal customer.

Thanks Hollin Hall Plumbing. You are now officially my ""go-to"" company for all of my plumbing needs!

Plumber did the work, but was so slow. He was stretching his time on the job as much as he could. He mentioned, this was easy fix. If I have to pay $150 for 30 minutes, sorry, but no for loading the ladder off his truck for 10 minutes or putting away his tools time which should not be charged as work time. Job was done in 30 minutes (could be done in 15), he charged me for 45 minutes (extra $50) plus $58 for 5ft long new copper pipe and 2 connectors. He turned the water back on in the house and 30 minutes later I found new water leak in the living room sealing. This time I called different plumber who told me this previous plumber turned the water back too fast and the water pressure in pipes caused this new leak!!! I don't recommend this company and I'll not contact them again.
