Their service is prompt, professional, and they even followed up a day later to make sure that everything was working well.

Had an issue with my water heater last Sunday--I was running out of hot water. I'm usually pretty handy with stuff like this, but I had just sustained a knee injury and was having trouble getting back and forth from the basement, to the circuit breaker, back to the water heater, etc. Was pretty confident I knew what the issue was, so I called around to get a couple of quotes (and also used the Yelp app). This particular company doesn't give quotes through the yelp app (understandably), so I called on sunday and they promptly called me back the next morning. To my surprise, despite the snowstorm, they were able to come out the same day. Scheduling was easy, and they showed up within the 2 hour window.

I was serviced by Bruce and Ryan. They took a look, ran some tests, and diagnosed that I had a couple of faulty thermostats on my water heater. I thought it was faculty heating elements, which would have likely been more expensive, but they told me the heating elements were likely OK. Because I was wrong, they could have charged me and arm and a leg, but they fixed what needed to be fixed, and only what needed to be fixed, in about 30-45 minutes. They even called the next day to ask if everything was working OK, saying that they didn't want me going up and down the steps because of my knee injury. The good service is why I would recommend, but the kindheartedness is what will make me a loyal customer.

Thanks Hollin Hall Plumbing. You are now officially my ""go-to"" company for all of my plumbing needs!

Plumber did the work, but was so slow. He was stretching his time on the job as much as he could. He mentioned, this was easy fix. If I have to pay $150 for 30 minutes, sorry, but no for loading the ladder off his truck for 10 minutes or putting away his tools time which should not be charged as work time. Job was done in 30 minutes (could be done in 15), he charged me for 45 minutes (extra $50) plus $58 for 5ft long new copper pipe and 2 connectors. He turned the water back on in the house and 30 minutes later I found new water leak in the living room sealing. This time I called different plumber who told me this previous plumber turned the water back too fast and the water pressure in pipes caused this new leak!!! I don't recommend this company and I'll not contact them again.

Bruce called to discuss the concerns I listed in my review. We spent almost half an hour on the phone. He stated that though my review was factual I did not understand how plumbers worked. I indicated to him that his messaging and conversations with clients could be more clear and thorough in order to avoid confusion and resentment going forward. He refunded me the cost of 1 visit - $150

I received a very quick response to my call and they were able to schedule me next-day and arrived on time. I had a leaking pipe that had frozen in the exterior wall in my bathroom that was near impossible to get to. The insulation was soaked and with one small touch, the pipe was shooting water 7 feet and into my neighbors yard. THANK GOD we caught it before the pipe fully broke! In less than 90 minutes the repair was complete.
Be aware that you may have to call a handyman afterward to deal with holes in the drywall... and I will have to reinsulate that whole panel, but neither of those things is their job.
It was not inexpensive, but professionals deserve fair pay! He also stuck around a few minutes to answer several questions I had all over my house and fixed a leaky shower before he left. MUCH appreciated.

I can't think of any downsides to using this company. I have used them twice now. The woman who answered the phone was quick and helpful. The plumbers who showed up each time were on time (a specific time, not a multiple-hour window) and efficient. Plumbing service is always expensive, but they worked quickly, which meant I didn't have to spend any more money than I should have on labor. I will call them first for any future plumbing needs.

I called Hollin Hall Plumbing to come out for an emergency service to repair a burst pipe in our crawl space. Bruce and Ryan arrived at my house an hour and a half after my call. Within 15 minutes they had determined the issue and fixed the problem. The cost was very reasonable and Bruce and Ryan were very polite and helpful. I will definitely be using them again in the future if we have any problems. I highly recommend their services.

After years of bouncing between different larger local plumbers and using leads of individuals working on the side, Hollin Hall Plumbing is now our go to plumber. They are courteous and responsive when contacted and can provide a narrow window for their service. They have successfully resolved all of our plumbing issues and while be neat, and very efficient. Pricing is straightforward and when considering how efficient they are, I believe that they provide their service at a very good value.

We are in the process of selling our home and I have had to have Hollin Hall plumbing come to our residence on two separate occasions for some minor plumbing work done to satisfy the buyers home inspection report. Everything was smooth from scheduling all the way to the arrival of the plumbing team. These guys are professional, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. Prices are reasonable for this area in my opinion. I recommend Hollin Hall plumbing and will use them again in the future.

Found Hollin Hall Plumbing through the Nextdoor app, then checked Yelp. So many good reviews and now I know why. They were here on time and quickly went to work on a few issues, installing faucets and repairing toilets and leaks. These guys were courteous and respectful.
