Great service on phone and the plumber sent out was very polite and completed the job in 30 mins. I had a clogged tub and the cost was $195. Additional 30 min would have costed $40. He was very professional, articulate, and answered questions I had. Oh and he took off his shoes too. I had used their service in the past to replace the garbage disposal and went with them again. I highly recommend calling them for your plumbing needs. They open at 8am.

This place is fantastic. We bought an older home about two years ago and have had a myriad of plumbing issues. The first company we had come out merely snaked the shower with a tiny hose to ""fix"" our problem. Not only did they not clean up after themselves, they were rude, didn't fix the problem, and charged us over $600. Hollin Hall was the exact opposite, both times we have called they came out the same day, the two guys were very kind, took off their shoes, and cleaned up after themselves.
The first time we called it was a day before our wedding and we were freaking out because we were having our wedding at our house and we were expecting +50-60 people. They fixed the problem in under an hour, snaked the entire line with a huge hose and charged less than $500. We had to call them again today because our line was backed up again, they were very apologetic, cleared the line, and didn't even charge us! I was prepared to pay because I think there is something wrong with our sewer, not with their work.
Overall, I would call them again in a heart beat, and I highly recommend their services.

Hollin Hall Plumbing is terrific! We are in the process of selling our home, have always used Hollin Hall for our plumbing and happy to report that there was only one minor plumbing issue on our home inspection report... a true testament to the work they do. Bruce is the best. We'll only use Hollin Hall for plumbing issues in our new home too.

High quality, prompt and reasonably priced. Came out the same day to replace flusher unit in our toilet, on time. Charged 1/3 of a what another plumber attempted to charge us. Toilet now works great. I highly recommend them.

Bruce came exactly when promised. I explained that we attempted to fix our kitchen faucet when the water shut off started leaking. (Not even a snicker) My husband and I expected a long drawn out repair. He fixed it with no fuss, replaced the faucet and even fixed a drip in another faucet and was out the door within an hour. Definitely keeping this number!!

Outstanding service. They gave me a time and they arrived at that time, on the dot. They checked one problem, and gave me a suggestion for a simple fix, then tackled the other, bigger problem (a difficult, recurring leak), quickly and efficiently. They immediately diagnosed the problem and got right to work - as a result, they were in and out in short amount of time and the price was very reasonable. The two technicians were courteous, and even took their shoes off as they entered the house. It was a pleasure to have such a great experience and such great service. I will call this company every time for any future service needs.
