Since my teenage years, I have been involved in the trades. My passion is on effective space planning and design solutions for vintage homes.

The challenge is to creatively reveal hidden architectural opportunities that many miss. I then develop a vision for a revised layout that showcases the improved use of space and its advantages. I bring to life the design with remarkable results.

For over three decades, I have been a consulting designer and builder specializing in: new home builds, older home makeovers. I offer thorough home renovation and full renovation solutions. I’ve been in the industry since I was a youth and started my business here in California since the late 80s.

I am a licensed B General Contractor. My extensive building experience qualifies me to deliver professional home remodeling and remodeling solutions, space planning, design, and construction services focused on complete home renovations, kitchen and bathroom solutions, and more! I also offer emergency plumbing services and electrical fixes that include wall patching as needed. My experience includes: more than 3500 kitchen and bath remodels, approximately 95 total home redesigns and renovations. I have built six tailored homes, including 3 that I fully designed and built. It’s exciting to face new challenges and fulfill the dreams of my clients.
