From the age of 14, I have worked in the trades. My passion is on space planning and practical design solutions for vintage homes.

My mission is to uncover hidden architectural opportunities that are frequently missed. I then develop a vision for a new floor plan that demonstrates the enhanced functionality of space and its advantages. I bring to life the design with outstanding outcomes.

For over three decades, I have been a design consultant and builder specializing in: new builds, renovations of older homes. I offer extensive home redesign and complete renovation services. I am a expert in luxury kitchen and bath upgrades. My skills include ceramic tile, stone finishes, hardwood, millwork, interior and exterior painting, and other fine home finishes!

I have been part of this industry since I was a teenager and started my business here in California since 1988.

I’m licensed as a B General Contractor. My years of experience qualifies me to provide expert home remodeling and reconstruction services, space planning, design solutions, and building services focused on the entire home, kitchen solutions, and more! I also offer emergency plumbing services and electrical services that include wall repairs as needed. My experience includes: over 3500 kitchens and bath renovations, approximately 95 total home redesigns and renovations. I have built 6 custom homes, including three that I created from the ground up. It’s inspiring to embrace new challenges and achieve the goals of my homeowners.
