Since I was 14, I have worked in the trades. My focus is on space planning and design solutions for older homes.

My mission is to identify design possibilities that are frequently missed. I then pursue a design for a new floor plan that highlights the improved use of space and its advantages. I execute the design with exceptional results.

I’ve been in the industry since I was a youth and started my business here in California since 1988.

I’m licensed as a B General Contractor. My years of experience allows me to efficiently offer quality home renovation and reconstruction services, effective space planning, creative design, and building services focused on complete home renovations, kitchen and bathroom solutions, and more! I also offer 24/7 complete residential plumbing and electrical repairs that include wall restoration as needed. My experience includes: 3500+ kitchen and bath projects, approximately 95 complete home redesigns. I have built six tailored homes, including 3 that I fully designed and built. It’s thrilling to face new challenges and fulfill the visions of my clients.
