I am happy that Mr. James Holland of Holland Plumbing accepted my service call to come out for a 2nd opinion from a plumbing company that gave invalid information to my warranty company, which caused a denial of the claim. Mr. James was professional, timely, honest, etc.... he gave a proper diagnosis and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to get the job properly assessed and completed on the initial visit. Thank you , I can rest assured tonight

Mr. Holland is awesome, and is now officially my go-to for any plumbing needs! He helped me walk through the initial diagnosis of the issues we were having with our hot water in our tub over a call, and he didn't even suggest coming out until I had exhausted my own """"handyman capabilities"""". I called Holland plumbing Monday morning after seeing water flowing from my front yard down the sidewalk. JAMES answered the phone and was in the area and told me he would come and take a quick look. He arrived in 10 minutes (luckily he was in the area) and proceeded to jump in the dirt and figure out what the issue was. It turns out the couplings were lose from a previous repair and it was allowing water to seep out and gradually was getting more flow. He was able to repair it in 10 minutes and only charged me for a service call, even though he did a repair. Honest, responsive, friendly and professional. What more can you ask for!!

Mr. Holland is honest, easy to work with. In the last few days I had to get him ice for Water leaks in the Shower tub faucet leaking. The second time for kitchen faucet problems. Love working with Holland! Whenever I have a plumbing issue, I've told my home warranty company that I want Holland. Their scheduling is easy/accommodating, they're timely, highly competent and efficient (in diagnosing the problem and fixing it) and just extremely pleasant to work with. One quick example. Before working with Holland, another plumber had come out to fix a clogged sink/garbage disposal problem. He charged the fee, but didn't fix it. Mr. Holland came in after him, diagnosed the problem correctly, put in the rather intensive labor necessary to fix it, and then spent time to explain things we should not put in our garbage disposal (ie, romaine lettuce stalks) to help avoid the issue in the future.

Our water heater stopped working and Holland Plumbing responded with kind, courteous, and professional service. Mr. Holland diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He could have recommended replacing the entire heater but eased both our peace of mind and wallet by letting us know we had a few years remaining on a 15 year old water heater. We had to turn our main water off at the street because of a kitchen faucet issue, and Mr. Holland was kind enough to come to our rescue at 9 am on a Saturday morning. James Holland came today to install a new kitchen faucet for an elderly man who has dementia. This man has been without water in his kitchen for a month. James had to make a trip for supplies as the house's plumbing is so old. James did a terrific job, and he adjusted his price due to the man's situation. I shall use James in the future for all my plumbing needs. It is nice to meet a professional with a heart of gold.

Mr James Holland with Holland Plumbing was such a blessing. He was called because my water heater was having an issue. A previous company recommended a new water heater and falsely diagnosed that it was rusted without even draining it.. Mr Holland arrived timely and showed me the problem and fixed it . I am so grateful that there are still honest businesses out there.
