Technician came out and gave us a thorough inspection. Even discussed with higher ups, our situation is/was stressful and we appreciate all of their time in helping us.

Wanted my sub panel to have a hook up to a generator. Request quote thru yelp. Was contacted promptly. Came out promptly and gave me a quote. Came back with all the parts. Set up an outside hookup and tested it the same day. I will use again for future needs.

Thanks for the response. I think it important to potential customers requiring electrical assistance (and contract work in general) to know that your """"worst case estimate"""" was more than 4 times what I ended up paying for the project. This stunt is further evidence of the need for multiple estimates to insure against less than scrupulous contractors.

They preformed work and I gave them a check. They edited check to add $100 - I found out from the bank. I called them: nothing. Then I filed a report w/ FBI. Waiting for it to be resolved....

Unfortunately their answering service does not properly disseminate the service request to the technician. We waited for 10 hours and followed up multiple times. We finally got a call back from a technician who never got the service request and it was too late for him to come. Wish we knew earlier so we could have made other arrangements

I have a hybrid water heater and i found out very few people know how to service them! Mitchell Taylor came out and first of all i got an appt very quickly, he was on the dot there at 8 am and he was professional and knew what he was doing. Explained everything and took pictures to Show me. So impressed! Over the years i have had some Pretty bad visits that still cost Me. The repair fee was fair and i will always call them if this is how they continue to operate.
