This company sounds like a scam to me. I called to request a gas shut off valve installation (for gas dryer) and fixing of a leaking faucet. A young lady answered the phone made me feel like I called wrong number because she doesn't understand what I was talking about. She put me on hold two times to check with someone. Then she said they got to go and look and do estimate. I told her it is the same shut off valve that any house using gas dryer will need, nothing tricky here. So, she threw out a price which I believe a high price ($185). Then I asked if it include the leaking faucet. She said no, they have to come and look at the faucet. So, I felt a bit weird and wanted to be sure I asked if they won't charge for coming and look, correct? To my surprise, she said it is $69 for coming and look. If after that, I don't use the service, I lose my money. Now, everything got so fishy here.
Does it mean after they come and look, they decided to charge me $500 or even a thousand dollars for the leaking faucet, I still had to pay them or I lose my $69? Either way, they get their scam money.
I haven't used their service yet, but I guess I'd better not. Because the whole thing doesn't make me feel comfortable at all. Their staff doesn't sound they know what they are doing, and they set potential customers up for some scams already before they even do any service for us.

I'm impressed with their work and fair prices. Four guys showed up for one job. Could have easily over charged me but was honest.

Is there an option for negative stars? This company is hands-down the worst I have ever dealt with. The owner did some work at a rent house for us isolating a leak. I had questions about the leak, so I returned a call from the number the plumber called me from. He said feel free to have my husband call him to answer questions too. My husband called him in the morning on his way to work and left a message with no response. The next day I text him can you please respond to my husband so we can move forward. The guy called me screaming at me how dare I blow up his personal phone?!i said- excuse me, I'm the customer trying to answer questions to schedule service! He ended up hanging up on me.not only that but now I have contacted another plumbing company who was shocked at his high quote. It was $900 more than standard pricing. All this could have been avoided by simple customer service

Very impressed with customer service from initial phone call to receiving service within 2 hours of call to professionalism of Jeffrey who handled our leak for us. Will be our new plumber!

Oscar and Hole-in-one are a great team to have on your side. They are very busy and sometimes scheduling them is a hassle but they usually end up having an opening that comes up and able to move your appointment up. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. Can't ask for much more. Can't go wrong with them!

Awesome company to do the work. I have had many issues with my plumbing that are never at a convenient time. When I have called they have ALWAYS been willing to go above and beyond helping get the issue fixed ASAP. Their prices can't be beat and are very fair. Employees have always been respectful and helpful, can't say enough good things about this company. Will continue to use them :)

This company is by far the best I've ever dealt with. I had a complex leak that most others would have attempted to get to, quit, and charged a huge bill. NOT THEM. I've used Hole in One Plumbing three times at my home in Sachse and once at my new home in Lucas. They have always done a great job at a great price. I will always call them first. I would give another star but the employee didn't hide his displeasure when I had to call him to let him know I was running 10 minutes late to meet him at home. My fault I know, but how many times have I waited in them... At least 4 times. Lol

Hole In One plumbing came out to repair a stopped up bathtub I was told due to the age of the house the plumbing needed to be changed which I approved the young man was there all day, leaving with its all done you shouldn't have any problems. Now almost two years later I am having the same problem, I had another plumber come to find out there was a hole in my sewer pipe that had duct tape over it, a hole in the neck of pipe connected to my bathtub that was glued there was also a large piece of plastic left either for the leak that was eventually going to happen or just accidentally left there also the pipe was adjusted the wrong way so the drainage was going backwards.

When I called to just let them know for their benefit what I had discovered of course they couldn't have possibly did anything wrong. I am not an expert but the plumber who came was an expert. Also I asked Hole In One Plumbing how long it would take to complete the job that was needed at my home I was told it should have been a 2 hour job, the young man was at my house at least 6-8 hrs. but of course because my house is pier and beam anyone or anything could have gone under my house and put the hole in my sewer line and covered it with duct tape and put a hole in the pipe and use glue...What a Mystery
