Jason from hole in one plumbing (Wylie, TX) did the pre and post-foundation repair hydrostatic (pressure) plumbing tests. very professional. very knowledgeable (explained everything very well. he was early both times he showed up to test the system. very happy with their work (they were a contractor for "structured foundation repair" (Euless, TX) ) very happy with their work highly recommend.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Hole In One Plumbing, LLC! We have used them at previous homes of ours and they do amazing work. Had an issue today and Oscar and his crew took care of it quickly and with top notch professionalism. Highly recommend!

Hole in One is not a good Plumbing company.
They did my house some plumbing works last Friday that including the water heater, but there still no hot water... When I asked they to repair it they just dodge...

After being assured that an exterior leak had been located and repaired, I was charged $680. Water continued to flow in the same area and pattern immediately after Hole in One's "repair". After requesting that the ongoing leak simply be stopped/fixed, I am informed that it was repaired. Hole in One's position is there is simply a "new leak". I am then told to use another company to find it and repair it as Hole in One's initial $680 repair was thorough and appropriate.

When I texted their employee, Clint, to resolve payment and the leak a few days later, I am texted the information on the photo above:

"Oscar has informed me that there is nothing more he can say that I didn't already cover in our conversation.
Arguing with you about it any further isn't worth the $800. Enjoy your complimentary sewer repair, and please don't contact Hole In One for any more of your plumbing needs.

F*** off"

After forwarding his employee's response to the owner, Oscar, no response or explanation was offered.

There are way too many plumbers in the metro for anyone to have to tolerate this. Please find another company that stands behind their work and won't curse at you when they don't.

Let me start out by saying I never take the time to write reviews, yet our short experience with this company was appalling. My husband and I just bought a house that needed some plumbing work done, so our realtor highly recommended Hole In One Plumbing. When we called they scheduled an appointment for the next week. My husband called to verify the appointment Monday, because we thought it was weird we did not get a confirmation call on Friday like they said we would. The secretary was BEYOND RUDE! The lady accused us of making up the appointment, and said "we are booked through November so there is no way we would have booked y'all for the next week". I don't know about you, but we have much better things to do than to lie about a plumbing appointment! Anyways- the lady processed to then say we called another company. We assured her that they were the only company we called (the number was in our phone log). The secretary did not offer to schedule another appointment for us or anything, she simply just kept being ugly. We asked to speak to the manager and the lady said "we don't have a manager we only have an owner"...we then asked to talk to the owner and she said she would give him our number. We never received a call back from the owner, thus the reason for this review. I highly recommend steering clear from this company. Two of my family members are realtors and I explained the situation to them, and they were also astounded!

We had a great experience with Hole In One Plumbing fixing our water meter leak! From the beginning, they were accommodating with scheduling and were able to move us up when an opening became available. Joe, the plumber, was on time, friendly, and did an excellent job. The price was very fair for the work that was done. We will use them again for any plumbing needs and recommend them to our neighbors!

Be aware of this company. They were supposed to tunnel to make a repair not go through the tile. When confronted with the error, their employee lied and claimed he was told by the owner and myself to drill through the tile rather than tunnel. The experience got worse from there. I used them on my personal house and have referred them to clients in the past but the way they treated my client was completely unacceptable. Make sure you get every detail in writing if you do decide to use them.

Even though they were booked up, she spent the time on the phone troubleshooting with me, and ultimately provided a referral vendor.

Wow! Incredible service and employees. I thought I had a leak which would have cost thousands but Hole In One found out it wasn't the case. We also thought my neighbor had a freshwater leak and turns out it was just a running toilet. They saved both of us tons of money. The guys took their shoes off in the house, kept everything clean and even fixed my front door as it would not stay closed properly. I cannot recommend them enough! Honest, fair prices, and quick service!
