Hilda J.We only needed a filter attached to our kitchen sink. We called and they saId they would call when they got back from vacation When we didn't hear we called again. We were told they needed to check their schedule and would call back tomorrow When we didn't hear for a day or two we called agaiin. He said let me get to my truck and call you right back. That's the last we heard. Totally unresponsive and terrible to deal with. Don't waste your time with them.
