Jeff was referred to us by a family member as we no longer live in the Inland Empire area.
We originally had Jeff go to a rental unit to unclog a sink. He was very responsive and had it taken care of in no time. Then we received notice tenant was moving. Decided this was the time for many updates on the house one of them being new water supply lines from the meter to the house and the apartment in the rear, new shower valve, and new washer/dryer hookups in garage, and relocating hot water heater. Jeff not only worked us in, he worked around the HVAC guys installing a new system, and the painter that would be following Jeff by a couple days. In order to complete the job and be out of the painters way, there was one day that Jeff worked 11 1/2 hours at our place.
Will definitely use Jeff again. Not only is he very professional, he is very personable. Seems to be an all around nice guy. Thanks Jeff.

Jeff was highly recommended. As soon as he answered the phone, I knew it was going to be so different from other plumbers I've talked to. He has excellent customer service and was able to schedule to fix our water heater the next day. I felt bad when I had to cancel initially due to a family emergency but I didn't expect anything less when I called to reschedule again. I couldn't be more thankful for this.

Randall was the one who came out to fix our water heater and he was on time, had great knowledge and patience. He really took the time to respond to any of my questions and I feel I have more information. This is another example of great customer service.
