Called Holbrook to come repair my leaky bathtub faucet. They showed up, took apart the faucet, And told me I had two options. One get a whole new faucet and they'll install it for me. Or two get a new cartridge for one side and they will replace that in the current faucet. Both options would cost about the same. So I said might as well go get a new faucet.

I went and bought a new faucet for $250, and then asked them for a quote for the installation. They didn't respond for weeks. Finally, they responded that it would be SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS To install it. Add the $150 service charge for them to come out and look at the faucet and not do anything to it, Along with the $250 for the faucet itself... They want it over $1000 out of me...just to replace a bathrobe faucet!!! All they care about is getting money. They don't respond to anything and don't communicate. Charge a million dollars for something you can do on YouTube.
