I called Hoglen Plumbing because my water heater was leaking all over my garage floor. Nate arrived the same day that I called. Nate let me know that my water heater couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced. Nate provided me a few options ranging in prices. Nate was able to get a heater the same day and I had leak free hot water tank within a few short hours. He even included a pan to catch any water with a leak sensor that beeps when water touches it. Thank you for all your hard work Nate! He was kind, clean, and courteous. Would highly recommend!

My old tanked water heater from 2003 just started leaking yesterday morning and I called Nathaniel with Hoglen's plumbing. He came over same day for a free estimate and gave me multiple options from tanked water heaters and tankless and explained the good and bad between the both. I went with the tankless option and couldn't be happier. They got it done same day and the whole process was quick and easy. Our old gas water heater was leaking from the bottom so we had Hoglen's Plumbing replace it with a heat pump water heater. Surprisingly not a lot of plumbers know much about heat pump water heaters, nor do they want to install them.  We wanted to get away from gas, so glad to have found Hoglen's.  Nathaniel is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. He is incredibly responsive, communicative, and attentive.  I can tell that Nathaniel really takes pride in what he does.  The heat pump water heater has been working flawlessly.  Thank you Nate for the exceptional work!

Had a friend suggest HPR and was absolutely pleased & satisfied with all the work performed over a few visits to address guest bathroom toilet and sink issues. Nathaniel & Daniel completed all services in a timely manner and explained everything that was to be performed as far as fixing things and also showed us ""the after"" when all items and everything was completed.

One of the hardest things recently is trying to find repair men who are honest and will listen. After having three plumbers out I finally got a hold of Nathan.

Nathan came out and listened to everything I said, and then looked at the area where I was having the issue. He was able to diagnose and repair my issue within an hour. This is unbelievable to me.

Additionally, I had a second issue that I was uncertain about and he gave me a free inspection to let me know if I needed any repairs.

He was very kind, he was very respectful, and he spoke to me like a real person. There was no fast talking sales pitch to rip out my whole wall. Just somebody listening to exactly what I was saying and addressing the issue.

We all want somebody to be nice and listen to us, but we also do not want to get ripped off. The difference is that because Nathan listened to what I had to say my repair was just a coupling, we're three other plumbers wanted to rip the whole wall apart.

Additionally, I called him this morning and he gave me a time frame for this evening between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m.; he called about 20 minutes before arriving at 4:30 to tell me he was on his way.

Just when you think it couldn't get any better, his price was under budget and lower than anybody else by at least 30%.

If you have a plumbing problem, call Nathan. He wore booties on his shoes, cleaned up his mess, and was the best price of any plumber I've had out here yet.

I called Nate with H&S Plumbing for an estimate on a water softener for my house. Nate answered the phone right away and put me in the schedule for a free estimate the next day! He arrived on time and even sent a text when he was in route and eta. He tested our water hardness and gave us a couple of options for a water conditioner that would best suit my familys needs. We went ahead with the water softner and inline pre filter and I cannot be happier with the outcome. Him and his team were very efficient and got the job done in a couple of hours as promised.
