My husband and I have been enduring a frustrating plumbing issue for some time now. We live in a townhouse with part of our living space upstairs overlapping with the neighbor's kitchen on their lower level. This made the leak difficult to track as the scheduling had to work for 2 households. Throughout the process, the team was helpful, courteous, responsive, and understanding of our concerns. We trust the integrity and quality of the work that Hogan delivers and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Gas line was installed by Hogan Plumbing within 3 feet of operating window, as shown in picture. Had to hire and pay for another plumber to remove and reinstall as Chuck, project manager, refused to have Hogans plumbers perform work due to balance owed. This is a safety hazard and against residential and plumbing code.

Nice and professional lady answered my call (rather than voice mail). Quick and smooth appointment process and get the job done less than 24 hours since my calling. Steve is the one to do the job. Everything looks easy to him. Very polite and did a great job. Charge is very reasonable. I think I can remove all other plumbing companies from my contact list.

12/17/2020 - Called Hogan to replace some leaking shutoff valves under the kitchen sink. Dan was out the next day. He replaced three valves in about 20 minutes. Incredible! He was on time, neat, clean, friendly and efficient.

I needed to have my kitchen sink drain unclogged - double sink and dishwasher weren't draining, which was making a big mess. I called on Monday and had an appointment for Tuesday.

Dan arrived early (called first to see if I was home), put a mask on without being asked (COVID year, for future reference), and got to work. He told me the pricing before he started ($200, which is pretty standard). He was polite and friendly.

De-clogged my drain, answered my questions, checked to make sure everything was in good working order before he left, and then ran my credit card and headed out.

Everything was done in 1/2 an hour or so. Very impressive. I'll be calling Hogan again (though hopefully, I won't need to anytime soon). Good to have someone right in town, too.

Four years ago Hogan did the plumbing for a completely new bathroom shower remodel. They charge a premium price, but we felt it was worth it to have the job done well, and to our town's code. This past December we had water leaking down thru our kitchen ceiling from the shower. We called Hogan to diagnose the issue, and they determined it was a mistake made during their initial work (a bad seal, it had probably been slowly leaking for a very long time). So I was very disappointed that they still charged us to correct the problem and left us with two large holes in our drywall. I will not trust them with work again, since I now know that if there is a problem with their work within just a few years, they will not take responsibility.

Hogan has done several plumbing jobs for us during the 6 years we have lived in Waterville. They have cleared drains, replaced outdoor spigots, extended a gas line for our grill, and rough plumbed for a bathroom renovation. Steve at Hogan helped us find a way to get water to a fridge on a wall that didn't have plumbing. These guys know their stuff and do great work. The only negative is that they don't offer weekend or holiday coverage.

I can't speak highly enough about Hogan Plumbing and their employees. They are always prompt and even faster in cases of emergency. I called them this morning at 7:45 AM regarding an issue with our sump pump and one of their experienced plumbers was out at my rental property at 8:40 AM. The job was completed at by 9:20 AM. If you are in need of a plumber, Hogan Plumbing should be your first call.
