Hoffman Family Plumbing was fantastic and I will use them again! I called this morning with a toilet backup and Brian answered the phone. He was very polite and gave me a price quote for the services and asked if that was ok. I have never had a repair person do that! He said he would be at my home between noon and 2pm and he was. He was efficient, neat and checked everything afterwards to make sure it was working well. My college daughter was home and said he was friendly and fast. She said she would recommend him as well. Brian Hoffman is the most dedicated and knowledgeable plumber we have ever known. Professional, hard working, and a kind human. He knows his work inside and out, and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. He stood in the pouring rain for a couple of hours to complete work on a clean out in our yard when many areas were backing up. There are really not enough great words to describe his impressive personal ethic and always is available in emergency situations. The whole business seems to function at this level. Very impressive.

Great day. Water heater went out last night some time. No damage. Called Brian at 0700 to ask for service. He was here by 0900, looked and gave an estimate. Called him back about 1100 he was here just past noon full service completed. Cleaned up and was gone by 1530.
Superior service at a reasonable rate plus good feelings all around. Highly recommended by this household.
