The founder of Hoffmann Brothers, Robert, is currently the CEO. Robert acquired Linton Heating & Cooling in 1988, marking the beginning of Hoffmann Brothers. When Robert acquired the company, it had a mere 4 employees; now, we have grown to over 200. Hoffmann Brothers began with a focus on residential and commercial heating and cooling, but has since branched out into indoor air quality, geothermal systems, ductless options, plumbing, water heaters, drains, sewers, appliance repair, electrical services, and beyond!

Robert graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri Rolla. As a registered Professional Engineer, he brings expertise to the company. He served on the board of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America and held the position of President for two years. In 2000, 2001, and 2002, he was honored as ACCA Man of the Year for his leadership and contributions to the HVAC industry.

Additionally, Robert has participated on the Advisory Boards of Ranken Technical College and Vatterott Tech.
