Robert, the original owner, currently leads Hoffmann Brothers as CEO. He took over Linton Heating & Cooling in 1988 and established Hoffmann Brothers at that time. At the time of acquisition, we had only 4 employees; now, we proudly employ over 200. Starting with residential and commercial heating and cooling, Hoffmann Brothers has diversified into indoor air quality, geothermal systems, ductless solutions, plumbing, water heaters, drains, sewers, appliance repair, electrical services, and much more!

Robert graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri Rolla. As a registered Professional Engineer, he brings expertise to the company. He served on the board of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America and held the position of President for two years. Robert received the ACCA Man of the Year award in 2000, 2001, and 2002 for his leadership and impact on the HVAC sector.

Additionally, Robert has participated on the Advisory Boards of Ranken Technical College and Vatterott Tech.
