I can't thank Hoffman Plumbing enough for coming out to my home and fixing what 3 other plumbers from Nevada Heating and Air could not! Long story short I had the water heater pipe under my house burst. This caused a massive water leak under my home. Hoffman Plumbing sent Justin out to my home and he diagnosed the problem right away and had the pipe fixed same day. I had almost given up hope of ever having hot water again but Hoffman plumbing was amazing and came through for myself and my family. I will never call and or go to another plumbing company again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

My shower drain was clogged up so I went online looking for a good plumber and saw Hoffman plumbing with 5 star on it and has 57+ yrs in the plumbing business. So I made an appointment the plumber came and did his thing, and none of his equipment was working right, the motorized drain snake was getting all tangle and he said he will right back to get a jet stream water pressure machine and came back after like 30 minutes and had it all hooked up to the water line and that too wasn't working right. He was working on my drain for like 4 hrs and nothing was getting done because he was trying to figure out what was wrong with his equipment most of his time. Very unexperienced plumber and trying to figure out what to do next. He called his supervisor or lead to figure out what's wrong with the equipment and still no result in getting my shower drain unclog. So he said that he had to reschedule for tomorrow so he said that he needed to charge me for the work he has done and will only charge me for 1 1/2 hrs that cost me $337 for a drain that was never fixed. After he left I checked my shower drain with a flash light and saw metal object in the water trap and fished it out with my magnet stick and it was parts of his motorized drain snake. So I got a miss call from them the next day in the morning and I called back and told them what happened and they schedule me for around 1pm and that they will send someone with more experience in the field and that they will have to use a hydraulic jet stream that will cost me 375/hr. That is ridiculous for that price so I called back to cancel it. I called Rapid Rooter instead and they got there right away and it took only 40 minutes to get the clog out my shower drain with a motorized drain snake and I only paid quarter of what I paid Hoffman plumbing for not even getting it fixed. I would not recommend this company when it comes to plumbing needs, over priced and very inexperienced plumbers.

Better than most in Reno, but I had to reinstall almost everything they touched because it was either leaking, loose, crooked, backward, or just wrong. They did a huge project for me in a good timeline, so 3 stars, but I will not call them back due to lack of ability to complete details correctly.

Braden showed up on time, and after a very friendly introduction, promptly went to work. All the time he was here he kept me informed about what needed to be done and how the work would be accomplished. He also took the time explain how his equipment worked to eliminate my issues. I felt he was very professional and took pride in his work. After he was done, he stayed until we did two water dumps to insure everything worked properly. I would request him again if I ever needed work done in the future.

I had a problem with an install from geek squad where they broke a faucet off from my washer dryer area and it was spraying all over my house I ran outside to shut off the main and called hoffman plumbing. Brayden from Hoffman plumbing came over around 930 and spent two hours fixing the problem so I could use the water in my house. He was nice, helpful and did quality work as well as providing me with a company that could inspect my place for water damage. Also provided me with advice on the situation and gave me a slight deal on the parts needed for the fix.

Had Hoffman out to flush our water heater they installed last year. Braden called and let us know his ETA. Friendly and knowledgeable. Performed prompt and quick service. Really appreciate a company that walks the walk. Their prices are fair, too.

Wish I could rate this business better. Unresponsive. Came out to do a quote on a Thursday afternoon. Said would email me that evening or the next day. I called at the end of the day on Friday and asked for the quote, said it hadn't been written up. Now it's end of the day on Tuesday - 5 days later and still no one has gotten back to me. Guess they don't need the business.

Hoffman are professional, friendly and responsive - all at a fair price. I had an emergency with my water heater and they sent a plumber to replace it that same day - and gave me a lifetime warranty. They are the best. Highly recommended!

We had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe and I called them at 6pm at night. They walked me through how to temporarily stop it, and made me an appointment for 7am. They were right on time and fixed the problem quickly. I appreciated how fast and helpful they were and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!!
